A warm Namaste to All. Awakening to a bright new day, I experience a truly blessed "moment" of divine inspiration. In sharing this soul moment I open the space for illumining and sharing soul moments together. Following my morning meditation, I experienced what I call an emotional fog, a kind of lingering emotional residue from having connected quite deeply with my innermost emotions. I asked my Inner Seer for clarification. However, as a See-er, I am simply an observer within the unfolding, and there are no words. Instead, a wave of gentle surrender calls me. I am instinctively guided to consciously surrender into the feeling. As I do this, I feel a sense of discomfort within the haze of emotional residue. I feel overwhelmed by the intensity of the emotional experience/memory. I close my eyes and take a long, deep inhalation, followed by a very long exhalation. A starburst of bright white light begins to elongate within my third eye area, filling my entire being with light and energy. In that moment, I feel as though I am a luminous starburst of divine radiance. I experience myself journeying upon the gentle undulating rhythm of my breath... upon shimmering ribbons of starry light, into the exquisite center of my illumined heart center. In that moment a question springs forth: " Right now, in this moment, if I had a clear and open channel to the wisdom of my soul, what would my soul wish for me to know in relation to this experience?" Words, carried upon a wavesong of light echoe through my consciousness: ~"Just Let Go"~ A shimmer of energy tingles throughout my entire being, magnifying my heart in it's purest form... guiding me through the dramas of my heart's resolutions, and enfolding me with emanations of peace, love and healing light ~ and ~ I experience what it feels like to truly surrender, to let go. As infants, one of the first things we learn is to hold on, it's instinctive. Hold out your finger or a rattle to a newborn baby, and she will hold on to it. Reflecting upon this, I begin to understand why I tend to hold on to so much emotionally. Within the unfolding that is my life, I have clung to my story and the intensity of emotional experience within it. This particular life story shaped my identity, or rather, I became completely identified with my conditioned personality and my emotions. For many years, this clouded the truth of my being, evoking a profound sense of separation, a split within my self. This day within my morning meditation, I was gifted with something truly beautiful: the realization that acceptance, understanding and surrender illumine the divine forces of love ~ lighting the way to the spiritual heart. Just as we may have been conditioned to hold on, we may instead choose to return to innocence and experience our being as pure, unconditioned consciousness. By placing our awareness of self in the essence of pure love, within the luminescence and sanctity of the inner illumined lotus of Anahata (Heart center), we experience what it feels like to surrender into essence, to bathe in pure bliss... to let go. Hi Zaadzy friends! Let's weave threads of light with our words. Different vibrations are produced through different combinations of sounds. Within language, sounds combine to form words, which convey meaning. It is within meaning that understanding arises, which in turn evokes feeling.

Through the power of our words we literally feel the dualities of life: such as happy and sad, pleasure and pain, shame and praise and so forth. Cultivating understanding of the true nature of a sound vibration liberates and illumines. A powerful practice for creating one-pointed focus on the highest reality involves meditating, contemplating and thinking on the vibrations of divine attributes. We can then explore our language to find words and strings of words to illumine the divine within us.

This thread invites you contemplate and share your word or weaving of words for the day... it would be interesting too, to share our understanding of various sound vibrations, the feelings evoked, and the transformational nature of the divine attributes.

Thank you for your kind words.

I was raised to look to nature to support ideas, and I think that our understanding of being within natural order and that being free of conflict or pain is just not supported in the world outside. But, I also think that suffering. True suffering.... is a step out of the natural order of things. You've also given me much to think about in a continuing conversation around this topic.

I have been having almost this same conversation with my best friend. In truth the understanding that to step out of the order of the universe is to invite suffering. And the conversation piece that I also hold out is the understanding that nature supports expansion and contraction. This world, and this life we have cannot operate without it. Our world is held in balance by the tension created by the axis of the poles.
I know that when I am within the natural order of things, even if there is tension and contraction or expansion.... there is peace with that. I watched my sister give birth to my niece and I am certain that part of our endeavor in this life is to move through the natural process and honor all things, including pain, grief, hurt, anger, frustration.
For me.... suffering.... is a pattern of choice that layers hurt upon hurt. And the thoughts that wind themselves around a belief system that creates more suffering.

What you wrote is extraordinary and beautiful. Really was perfect for me this day!

Divine Remembrance

Namaste "No matter where you are, or where you think you are, the light of your love shines eternally radiant". ...were the words that greeted me this day, as the gentle patter of rain infused mist, guided me from the realm of dreams, to waking consciousness. I rested awhile in this loving awareness, enfolded within the embrace of the Divine. In this awareness, I feel as though the rain is calling me to remembrance. It is like the rain is reflecting something truly wondrous. Right now, in this moment is pure consciousness. I can feel this realization as a tingling effervescence, singing through my atoms. Curiously, I find myself experiencing the density of physicality. I can see, hear, smell, touch, feel and interact with physical matter. Yet from the perspective of absolute consciousnes, within the now, I experience that which is beyond our four-dimensional world (three dimensions of space and time)... I experience that which is beyond space and time. This is not a unique ability. It simply is. This experience exists for us all, in the now. I am reminded of Zero-point energy, defined within quantum physics as the untapped energy of space that exists, possibly as tiny vibrating superstrings (so small that a trillion trillion can fit into an atom!), and multidimensional membranes that coexist with the strings. I am aware of worlds within worlds. Multiple dimensions intricately folded upon each other like a ribbon of light. Sometimes I feel I can just reach out and touch the world next door! Imagine, if right now, right next to you is a field of vibrating energy comprising of another dimension. A wow moment indeed. We are so much more than we can ever imagine. It can be mind blowing! Interestingly, when our brain activity is measured, only about a third of our brain is showing activity. This illumines that sole relience upon our physical faculties can limit our understanding. There is much we can do to enhance, develop and integrate within our realm of understanding. All life is change. If we try too do, to push, to hold or to escape the natural order of things, there is tension. In doing this, in pushing against the natural flow of life, we create stress and suffering for ourselves. The focus for our growth therefore is not so much doing, but simply being. When we engage in regular practices that focus our attention within the present, we naturally flow with what ever is. In essence, we are pure consciousness. Within the realm of our physical experience, we tend to identify with that which we can tangibly see, feel and experience. I know for me, I tend to over think things, or over identify with the energy expressing around me. When this happens, I become distracted by the fleeting clouds of thought and energy, which obscure my inner light. All the while, I am still shining. I just don't see it. Within the moment, something wondrous happens. Essence of being. In Truth. In Consciousness. In Bliss. The Three-fold Flame of Divine Remembrance (Sacchidananda: Truth-Consciousness-Bliss) radiatly illumines the love, abundance and infinite energy that you are. The sunshine pierces through the clouds, casting a myriad of golden sunbeams. The clouds dissipate and dissolve into nothingness. In this space we are able to experience and cultivate non-attachment.
