Namaste dear friends.

It has been awhile since I have stopped by, although you have all been very much in my heart. This day, I wish to share with you a beautiful movie, May You Be Blessed, created by Kate Nowak. This inspirational movie is a real heart gem, designed to be a meditative experience.

In the words of Kate:
