Light Spheres of Experience :: Radiate your Light

Greetings Dear Hearts,

Namaste. Blessings of love to all who have joined us in intentionally radiating peace. Welcome to this little corner of the Universe. 11:11 Universal Peace Now is like a lila (play) in which we have a cast of many, but only one universal heart.

This is the beginning of a grand adventure, a perceptive journey, into essence. We have chosen to experience many spheres of reality, with multiple layers and components.

Although we have chosen to experience all that it is to be physical, to be human, we are not bound to a reality that is linear.

In an unfolding vision I discovered something truly wonderful - that the path to peace is not linear. As ribbons of unfurling light danced before me, I understood that there is no ‘path’ to peace, that ambled through time leading to a nirvana of infinite bliss. Peace just is.

Peace is not linear - it is multidimensional, divine energy, exquisitely expressing within and around us right now.

One of the most important lessons for us is to remain mindful of the present moment. To bring ourselves powerfully into the now. Cultivating presence creates a bridge of light that carries us back to the Source of all love. This means that there is no first step, second step, next step, last step to peace, for in essence, there is no pathway. There is only now.

Here is a powerful exercise, gifted to me by the universe:

In the micro-moment that is now, bring your awareness to the world of light within your heart.

Breathe.

Feel your breath move through you as you become very aware of your body. Gently close your eyes for a moment and feel your senses awakening a wonderful sense of alertness. You may experience dancing colours behind your closed eyes.

Relax into the rhythm of your breath, as it carries you deeper into your self. Feel your breath move through your entire body, infusing prana (universal energy) into the essence of your being.

Gently affirm: “I am love, I am peace, I am light”

Feel as though you are gently suspended within the great ocean of light. The most incredible light is streaming from within you, and you feel as one with the light of pure consciousness. Within this awareness, this micro-moment, you are gently resting in the loving embrace of the Divine.

Feel a wonderful sense of inner peace as light streams of radiant energy emanate from your heart center, opening you to ever-greater spheres of love.

Radiate your Light.
