Daily Gratitude Journal :: Today I feel grateful for ...

Namaste.

Warmest wishes to All. At present I am moving house and admist the flurry of activity, I find myself reflecting on the many happenings within this vast, wondrous unfolding. I wonder, is it just me, or are others feeling the incredible light spheres of energy streaming into our cosmos?

Time (or my perception of it) seems to be unfolding at warp speed, precipitating “quickenings” within my awareness. At times I feel these quickening surge through my nervous system, with rippling electrical impulses zapping my senses. More and more, I feel myself spontaneously aligning with the sacred space in-between my in breath and my outbreath. The infinite timelessness between the tick and the tock of the oscillating pendulum of duality.

Within the still-point, in-between the two opposing forces of duality, I can observe - I can witness - the essence of these dual forces. Intriguingly within this space, I feel unaffected by the intensity the opposing forces within the energy of duality: there is stillness, the void - followed by innate awareness of the movement of the pendulum - swinging back and forth - oscilating between dual forms of energy.

Within the timelessness of the moment, I am gifted with the experience of “essence” ~ the light of infinite consciousness, and I am filled with immense gratitude. I am reminded that admist the flurry of energy, movement and activity I can at any time choose to stop, quieten my mind, and enter into the stillness in-between.

Inspired by this insight, I would like to consecrate this space as an area for sharing daily thoughts, experiences and feelings of gratitude. You are invited to share as much or as little as you wish: sometimes all it takes is a single word of reflection.

So here goes: Today I feel grateful for the freedom to choose. At any moment I can choose to align my thoughts with the highest vibration of love and respond accordingly. I can also choose to be patient, kind and gentle with myself when I forget this truth.

Great post!

Today I feel gratitude also for Love. Love is the glue that holds life together moving and flowing. This love is always here apprearing with a loud boom and appearing as the tiny chime in the distance reminding us we are there too.  Love is the glue of life…. let us all get stuck in it.
