Yoga & Multiple Sclerosis

Hi - my name is John and I am new to this pod.  My question is this: 

I have Multiple Sclerosis and also been practicing yoga for about 3yr.  Recently I heard that there is a specific order the pose should be done in for an optimal results.  I am searching for the order, can anybody help me?
