Just the fact that I have had alot of positive changes in my life this past year(and I have gone down two pants sizes since January) and also that I have no pre-birthday depression for the first time in my adult life.

Whooooo!!!! Thanks everybody!!!! I am having a quiet but wonderful day!
My daughter called early this morning and I am having fun with the birthday presents I gave my self: Rodney Yee’s  Yoga:the poetry of the body and Am/PM Meditation.
I will be fixing myself a special dinner tonight(tofu and spinich quishe) and watching a good movie after my pm meditation.

Oh by the way mesh–I was only called “Elizabeth” when I was in trouble as a kid and by my ex-(who only lasted a month ) husband.
