When I did a chocolate mask with my daughter last weekend. We got laughing so hard I nearly peed my pants. I love being a weirdo.

Yesterday I got splashes of duck mud on my face and my partner laughed today before he came home I used a face mask to really clean my skin, my mother called and without thinking I went to help her, she fell about laughing, so did I, it was so good to see her laugh, she has not been at all well and not been easy to amuse, we both cracked up it was so worth it..

Oh, that's really a Quack-Up!.

Duck muck on the face.   Is that like egg in the face?

What kind of face mask did you use?    Chocolate?  As our Enlightened Thinker, above?

Great Picture!  Is a chocolate mask supposed to be some kind of facial therapy like the cucumber mask?

I too, enjoy being a weirdo though sometimes I feel a little lonely being so.
Thanks for admitting it.

I do weird things and then tell about it just to hear the laughs.  I'm glad I can't hear thoughts.

The other day my son gave me three pair of jeans.  Two to repair and one to use for patches.  I repaired one pair but cut the patch out of the second pair to be fixed.  So I went to a St. Vincent dePaul and got a pair for $6.00 and put them away with the other jeans.

I might just make shorts out of the jeans that I used for patches.

great pics - making me smile (a lot) - I haven't got a pic of mine, but drumming in a group can be pretty funny at times, and watching my friend get “made up” at a cosmetic party this week was pretty funny…

i'm cracking up looking at you guys - in the photos and in my mind's eye! I crack up when I visit my parents in Delhi and the laughter yoga group meets regularly each morning to laugh in earnest! Laughter's really catching!

I laugh almost daily at the wit of my son who just turns words around so cleverly. He had done something thoughtful for me, and I said, “Raghav, bless you.”
“Mom,”he said, “I didn't sneeze.”

OK,OK, I admit my 53 year old brain took a moment before laughter hit me! But it did.

Very funny pictures and stories!  Laughter is truly the best medicine…

We cracked up on Saturday when my daughter and her boyfriend showed this Flight of the Conchords video to my husband and me - the four of us couldn't stop laughing for just about the whole seven minutes!  We'd never heard of them before.

I'm with you, Liz, I coudn't stop laughing while watching Death at a Funeral.  It was full of perfect timing and hysterical facial expressions.  A great comedy of errors!

Thanks

I'll tell you a movie that always makes me laugh until I am breathless every time I see it. “Arsnic and Old Lace”. Cary Grant makes some really funny faces-and then there is the running joke about Boris Karloff(who was in the Broadway production) and Couisin Teddy(CHARGE!!!).
Peter Lorrie is a hoot!!!
Go rent this one folks–but don't eat or drink during it unless you like stuff coming out of your nose!!!
Viva Frank Capra!!!

Oh yes, Lizzyl!   Me too.  But even funnier for me,  I saw “Arsenic and Old Lace” as a high school production with the lead hapless character played by a young man who was dating my daughter.  I never thought of him as “such a character”.

Another movie that I remember laughing through from beginning to end was: “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum”.  I'm gonna need to look that one up and see if it is available through the library along with “Arsenic and … “    I remember the laughing but not all the stories.

I was threading a number of valances on a very long curtain rod. I propped one end of the rod on the back of a kitchen chair and started putting the valances on it.
My sister came along to help. She started threading from the end that I propped on the chair. When we lifted the rod to put it on the window, we had the chair in the middle of the rod between the curtains.
The rod was propped through the back of the chair, not on the top of the back.

There was a whole crew there helping me move into a new place. Painting cabinets and all sorts of stuff. And there my sis and I were ready to hang a chair in the window. What a sight!

Oh Joyous Mary!  Hanging a chair in the window!  LOL!!!  That sounds just like something I would do!  (My family says I'm too much of a dreamer to function well in the material world…)  When I first saw your post I was checking my email on our little weekend getaway and I laughed so much I woke my poor husband up!

My father always cracks up watching two of his favorite films, The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming (1966) and Waking Ned Divine (1998).

I want to throw in one more little known comedy.
It's “Nothing Sacred”
It stars Fredric March and Carole Lumbard.
It is sort of like “His Girl Friday”
a comic look at the news media and how it spins everything.

Hey, found something else that is really funny. It is a series of Brit films called “Carry On” . They were made in the 1950's and '60's.
They predate “Monty Python” but are in the same vein.
Paradoies of everything from spy thrillers to costume drama.

Lizzyl, I was brought up on “Carry On” films!!  I saw one at the pictures a more recently made one (but still years ago) it was about a window cleaner, can't remember if it was called Carry On Window Cleaner or the other title that came into my head was “Carry on Jack” - I wonder if there any clips on Youtube….

“Carry on Cowboy ” is my favorite to date!!!
Masterpeice Theater and Monty Python get together and make “Blazing Saddles”.
It's the best way I can discribe it.
I laughed myself to tears!!!!
I also liked “Carry on Screaming” and “Carry on Cleo”(“infamy, Imfamy! They've all got it in for me!!!”).
I have seen Carry on Jack too.
