Albert, you have done it again! Such an appropriate reminder of the essence and beauty of this season! Transformation is the key!!!

I want to dedicate some thoughts about the magic of fall, dear Starseed. Its from enjoyvibrantliving.com and it might conect us for this season and special months we born in together:

"After the openness of summer and the harvest of late summer in comes the cutting frost and the stark reality of autumn. The autumn energy leaves little room for what no longer serves and she creates fresh gusts of inspiration for those who can stand upright in her presence. The samurai sword comes to mind when thinking of autumn. The frost cuts through the land stripping away all the exterior beauty of summer and moving us back to our core, our essence.
       Autumn is less understood in our culture at large, which gives most attention to the endless growth of spring and the sexy openness of summer. But in her relentless commitment to cutting away old baggage she creates healthy soil for the next coming spring. Many of us are called to cut through layers of discomfort and stagnancy to find a fresh new perspective. Many of us have mistaken this experience of shaving off the old for depression. It is not depression; it is a commitment to the essential nature of life by the Divine herself. We can fight it and label it or we can ride its purifying wave. This season is calling us inward to explore what is essential and what is not. It compels us to cut away all things which are not in alignment with our essential nature. Sometimes this can hurt, but it is for the overall growth of the tree. Sometimes we experience grief, the emotion of autumn, when engaging in this letting go process. The transitory beauty of the trees fades into a dying phase. The lush green plants turn brown and wilts. This grieving process puts us in touch with a cosmic state of awe for the cyclic nature of things. Things come and things go, but one thing never goes. Only internal cultivation and true humility can reveal the mystery of this one thing which never leaves us. In the quest for meeting this one essential thing we are invited to face death. We are invited to face the transient nature of our bodies, and the transient nature of our minds. We are propelled into this process so that we may know the intimate nature of this one thing which never goes.
      Can we muster the internal furnace needed to expand towards our pores, assert our being as an upright mammal, and face the truth of who we really are within? Can we stand upright while all the unneeded attachments of our being are cut away? We can start to see why this season's virtues are often hidden from popular culture. The nature of this season asks us to face the darkness of our ego and the beautiful essence of who we truly are. We can no longer rely on the frills and external joys of summer. We have to face a deeper and more inner location to survive the winter which is to come. It is autumn which prepares us for this deeper exploration in the months to come.
      Stay warm. Stand upright, and allow the essential nature of your being to assert itself. Try not to resist the natural downward turn of the seasonal energy. She has nothing but elegance, exactitude, and purity to teach in her own cool way. And what is this one thing which never leaves? It is Love. The question is: can we bow deep enough, and allow the universe to cut away the garbage enough for us to experience this as a true reality?"

Towards a mighty spring and re-birth at the end of this unevitable cycle!

Oh, Joyous Mary! I hear you and thank you so much for your blessings! I am floating and it is sooooo much fun!!!

And I do not mind telling my age (I celebrate the fact that I have survived!) I am 57 today and feel as if I should be about 30!

It was a very rough ride uphill until I was 50 and then I finally got it and strapped that surf board to my ankle and started riding the tide and floating when the tide was out so here I am...CELEBRATING LIFE!!!
