Each day at 9:09 in the morning or evening, let us take a minute or more to contribute to the peace and harmony of Gaia, our Mother Earth, by raising our vibration and holding in our hearts all sentient and insentient beings.

To do so, we can pray, meditate, hold intention or simply visualize all Gaia, and ourselves, as healed, healing, whole, radiant. When thousands of people join together in an endeavor such as this, the energies so generated can bring miraculous changes. And when each of us does it in our own time zone, our Mother Earth and all of benefit from a round-the-clock and round the world healing.

Isn't it wonderful that you're here, AneLis? We sometimes forget that when we're 49 years old, we're actually living the 50th year of our life. One day you can look back at all the things you thought about this year. I am thrilled to have another 50 yr old bday to celebrate in a few months' time.

In all modesty , I will reach the age of 50 on the 22th of february 2010 ! : ) Half year left of my forties, but I was kind of invited here to this group so....! 50 years !! - strange, because I can feel so immature and childish sometimes :) But, at the same time, I certainly feel the baggage of experiences that have made me to a halfcentury old person :))

Oh, sorry-I did not know these posts were going on!!
Those are our babies:
Biggles-dog-bad experiences, rescued from the Humane Society who ADORED him!
smokey-black cat-outside cat who would not give up asking to join us!
Simon-owner got old-he went to the ASPCA where we found him 11 days later.
