Action. I think that there is nothing that is not stemmed from consciousness. It just depends what level that consciousness is on. Sometimes it is more selfish, sometimes less. But both exist and both are part of the whole simply because they exist. It all depends on what we define as activism. I define activism as being an integrated part of the group I belong to which means being a healthy minded human being, sharing, exploring, teachining, learning, creating. Some might see it as furthering their own interests. I am saying this becuase of the formulation of the question…consciousness is there, just how developed it is is the ultimate question. |

I think it looks different for everyone. I think it looks different than I expected. For me, it looks like building a home in an eco friendly non invasive manner even if it seems to take forever, it means curing myself of asthma even though it is hard and involves running most days, it means homeschooling our kids, it means honoring our art, it means getting Dave's positive music out into the world, it means becoming a naturopathic doctor, but all these things stem from listening to our inspiration. Listening to our hearts and watching and noticing how our emotions work and deciding what is healthy and what is not. I guess it means “Grow to the Light”…..By the way you can buy organic cotton grow to the light t's on our website. |
