The A&R (Actions...(more) and Reactions) newsletter is a reflection of the popular Q&R (Questions and Reflections), and it will send you regular suggestions about some specific quick little things you can do to make a difference. The newsletter will be mainly based on the community's, Your, ideas on this group.
This group will also serve as an information centre where we will explore all possible methods and tools for making a difference. Do you know of a little trick or tool that can help a thirsty community find clean water? Or something that can help save energy at home? Or a demonstration about to take place in your area? Or just something you did that worked? Then please, take a moment and share it with everyone, and someone somewhere will certainly find this useful! Or share that little (or big!) thing you've done - don't be shy! - and thus inspire us all to do more great things!
This is also a place for reaction - to learn about and discuss the big issues of today. Who knows, with internet we might have someone to talk to from within “the heat of the action”?
Moreover, with enough interesting contributions we would go further and, for example, create printable charitable leaflets or books that would have useful information for some disadvantaged people around the world. And we could do other things that would benefit the world, whatever we come up with here in this group, together.
Please join in - you could start simply by sharing that charity's website you bookmarked last year, or writing a bit about something you've done yourself, for example. If you are looking for a place that helps with walking the talk - this is it!
Isn't experience the greatest teacher? Then why not share it! Introduce yourself here, and share some of the things you've done, or something you usually do that is a helpful action - like turning off tapwater while brushing teeth.
