Albuquerque is a great place to be an activist.  We have so many great groups like: The Arab/Jewish Peace Alliance, Stop the War Machine, Veterans for Peace, Students Organizing Actions for Peace (S.O.A.P), The College Greens, The College Dems, Women in Black, Code Pink, Pax Christi, and the list goes on and on.

9-11 remembering PEACE demonstration- Albuquerque

REMEMBERING PEACE ON SEPTEMBER 11
WHEN? Monday, September 11th, 5:30 pm

WHERE? University and Central

WHO? Anyone and Everyone who wants to remember ALL VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE, including the victims of September 11th, 2001.

HOW? Peacefully, we will REMEMBER that VIOLENCE IS VIOLENCE- no matter who perpetrates it. 

This will be an occasion for sects of all social justice movements to come together in UNITY against State Sponsered Violence. 
DEMOSTRATING AGAINST VIOLENCE WORLDWIDE.

PLEASE JOIN US! 
THIS WILL BE A FUN AND EFFECTIVE WAY FOR US TO SHOW OUR COMPASSION AND LOVE FOR ALL PEOPLE, AND THE REMEMBER THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN THE VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE.
BRING SIGNS AND BANNERS, DRUMS AND HORNS, FRIENDS, FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS.
