4 Element Mantra

Here is a mantra that will connect your consciousness to the 4 sacred elements, EL- Earth, KA-Fire, LEEM- Water, OM-Air or Space.

Together: EL-KA-LEEM-OM. It is best to do this chant with at least four others and in nature. What you can expect is a profound connection to the elements. Everything will come alive. You may experience bliss, ecstacy, connection to the absolute, it can even bring up your own "demons" from your own negative emotional material. What ever comes up is coming to be cleared. You may want to practice bringing your pranic tube from above your head into the core of the earth for stability.

This will connect you to your divinity. You will find that home is eveywhere.

While Ascension is not new, everyone knows the story of Ascension by Jesus, what is new is the idea we are ALL capable of the same. While still on the endless journey upward, my knowledge comes from Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi ( http://humnityinunity.org/) and books from Virginia Essene and Tom Kenyon. I truly recommend the Hathor Material as a starting point. I will be using the exercises in this book here to give everyone a place to start.

I would start out by checking your four foundation of the Ascension pyramid:

Honor yourself
Honor others
Honor the four elements
Commitment to service

Do an inventory on how you treat yourself, how you react to others who have a different perspective, do you bless the elements? Finally what is your commitment to service? This must not mean you become Mother Theresa, but even in the job you do now, do you serve others with joy?
