That's about what the cartoon below is saying? In mathematical terms it takes the form of the equation, Screwed = Taxes!!
Your take on the cartoon & the proposal to legalize marijuana in the times when citizens do not want to partake of the dollars while the California economy seems to be in dire need of taxes!!
