Let us not forget that we are still under a Republican administration till around mid-day January 20th.

I do suspect this was done while the US was otherwise “distracted”.  But from what I'm reading and my feelings are that this is more a repudiation of Bush and the last eight years of his disastrous administration than a “test” for President-Elect Obama.

Agreed indeed … BUT in the context of Barack Obama's selection of Hilary Clinton as Secretary of State elect,  IT IS NOW Barack Obama's first ACTION of RESPONSIBILITY, during the transition period, to DO a great deal more to move his foriegn policy agenda forward, by collectively utilising ALL the RIGHT CONNECTIONS between Bill Clinton's and Tony Blair's “charity set”, as well as Don Beck's consultancy group, to provide Hilary Clinton & Cherie Blair with a focus to collaborate with Julia Hausermann to bring to the attention of The Peoples Republic of China, their avowed intent to come in line with the objectives of Rights and Humanities Priciples of Responsibility.

Perhaps THREE WOMEN V The PRC will suffice to DO THE JOB ?

As we have elections in 2009 in UK and Germany we can now focus on developing momentum for emerging new European leadership.

This Leadership is abolutely necessary in power, vision, leverage, strategic imagination and valaues based change for Europe as it is for the world in toto.

We cannot leave it to chosen leaders in poltics.

Citizen Power at the cutting edge is now a historic call to push Europe to new frontiers of its evolution.

Overcoming the very bad Venus/Mars analogies between US and Europe.

Patience IS indeed a virtue but there comes a time in the moment by moment  journey of life, when the RESPONSIBLE ACTION of the people has to be considered rather than the perspective of responsible action adopted by our “glorious leaders”.

The more integrated in all complexity this action is the more impact.

The more sustainability.

The more global relevance.

Children's involvement:

When the Obama administration adds a children's ambassador to it's cabinet,  and a child representative to advise that ambassador, it will be just about perfect. The children will inherit this earth and the peace movement they deserve should be created and started by them with a song sung in every language all over the world.

Time for a children's UN.

In the light of Janie's comment perhaps the children's ambassador should be Dr. Suzuki. She could then become “the fourth woman” to join with Hilary Clinton, Cherie Blair and Julia Hauserman, to be selected by Barack Obama, with George Bush's blessing if appropriate, as envoys to speak with the Peoples Republic of China about the Tibet issue.

A child representative to advise these ambassadors, would indeed be perfect and in accordance with the same values of responsible ACTION requested, of our global leaders, by Severin Suzuki in her address to the 1992 Rio Earth Summit.

LET US ALL hope and pray that this particular IDEA will get an airing at the highest levels of the transitional Obama Camp, as well as some RESPONSIBLE ACTION in response.
