Breath is inextricably tied to your lifeforce…it is a missing link to feeling connected and whole. The breath reaches into your deepest patterns and releases them…Clients find freedom in one session that wasn’t found in decades of various disciplines and therapies…give yourself this gift…

Transformation can happen in an instant…and all of the tools for deep healing are within you. My job is to help you connect in a deep and practical way with your own insight, your own innate wisdom. My job isn’t to give you anything you don’t already have within…it’s to help you experience deeply that everything you’ve ever needed to live a life of unbridled joy, love, peace, freedom, and connectedness has been with you all along.

The next breathing/healing group we’ll be focusing on connecting deeper with LOVE. There is a spark of Infinite Love in each and every pulsation of your awareness…each cell of your body. We’ll work with tools to connect with this Infinite Love consciously and dissolve old patterns

Parking: Give yourself extra time to arrive early and park…it’s best to park at a meter on Santa Monica Blvd or at the city lot behind the Southwest corner of Havenhurst and Santa Monica Blvd (it’s $1 in quarters per hour up to 10 hrs). ***There’s also free parking for the time being at the Silver Spoon Diner at the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and Havenhurst, seems they’re closed for a little while due to fire.

The heart of these workshops is a breathing meditation that utilizes an ancient rhythmic breathing technique that very quickly shuts down the thinking part of the mind and gets a profound amount of energy moving through the body…then we’ll use this energy to clear deeply held blocks. The groups are an exhilarating and deeply rejuvenating journey…a journey goes deeper each time you dive in.
