**Descriptive post from the Authentic Tantra group on facebook**

If you see divinity everywhere, and enjoy the universe without emotionally attaching yourself to any part of it, if you know that love naturally flows out of you in every direction unless you let your ego block it, and if you act on your inner calling with no fear of the consequences, then this club is for you. Whether you practice Hindu Tantra, Vajrayana, Zen or even neo-Tantra the underlying theories are not as important as the actual practising and being.

Devi asked:

O Shiva, what is reality?
What is this wonder-filled universe?
What constitutes seed?
Who centres the universal wheel?
What is this life beyond form pervading forms?
How may we enter it fully, above space and time, names and descriptions?
Let any doubts be cleared!

Shiva replied:

1. Radiant one, this experience may dawn between two breaths. After breath comes in (down) and just before turning up (out) — the beneficence.

2. As breath turns from down to up, and again as breath curves from up to down — through both these turns, realize.

3. Or, whenever in-breath and out-breath fuse, at this instant touch the energy-less energy-filled centre.

4. Or, when breath is all out (up) and stopped of itself, or all in (down) and stopped — in such universal pause, one's small self vanishes. This is difficult only for the impure.

5. Consider your essence as light rays rising from centre to centre up the vertebrae, and so rises livingness in you.

6. Or in the spaces between, feel this as lightning.

7. Devi, imagine the Sanskrit letters in these honey-filled foci of awareness, first as letters, then more subtly as sounds, then most subtle as feeling. Then, leaving them aside, be free.

8. Attention between eyebrows, let mind be before thought. Let form fill with breath-essence to the top of the head, and there shower as light.

9. Or, imagine the five-coloured circles of the peacock tail to be your five senses in illimitable space. Now let their beauty melt within. Similarly, at any point in space or on a wall — until the point dissolves. Then your wish for another comes true.

10. Eyes closed, see your inner being in detail. Thus see your nature.

11. Place your whole attention in the nerve, delicate as the lotus thread, in the centre of your spinal column. In such be transformed.

12. Closing the seven openings of the head with your hands, a space between your eyes becomes all-inclusive.

13. Touching eyeballs as a feather, lightness between them opens into heart and there permeates the cosmos.

14. Bathe in the centre of sound, as in the continuous sound of a waterfall. Or, by putting fingers in ears, hear the sound of sounds.

15. Intone a sound, as a-u-m, slowly. As sound enters soundfulness, so do you.

16. In the beginning and gradual refinement of the sound of any letter, awake.

17. While listening to stringed instruments, hear their composite central sound; thus omnipresence.

18. Intone a sound audibly, then less and less audibly as feeling deepens into this
silent harmony.

19. Imagine spirit simultaneously within and around you until the entire universe spiritualizes.

20. Kind Devi, enter etheric presence pervading far above and below your form.

21. Put mindstuff in such inexpressible fineness above, below, and in your heart.

22. Consider any area of your present form as limitlessly spacious.

23. Feel your substance, bones, flesh, blood, saturated with cosmic essence.

24. Suppose your passive form to be an empty room with walls of skin — empty.

25. Blessed one, as senses are absorbed in heart, reach the centre of the lotus.

26. Un-minding mind, keep in the middle — until.

27. When in worldly activity, keep attentive between the two breaths, and so practicing, in a few days be born anew.

28. Focus on fire rising through your form from the toes up until the body burns to ashes but not you.

29. Meditate on the world as burning to ashes, and become being above human.

30. Feel the fine qualities of creativity permeating your breasts and assuming delicate configurations.

31. With intangible breath in centre of forehead, as this reaches heart at the moment of sleep, have direction over dreams and over death itself.

32. As, subjectively, letters flow into words and words into sentences, and as, objectively, circles flow into worlds and worlds into principles, find at last these converging in our being.

33. Gracious one, play. The universe is an empty shell wherein your mind frolics infinitely.

34. Look upon a bowl without seeing the sides or the material. In a few moments become aware.

35. Abide in some place endlessly spacious, clear of trees, hills, habitations. Thence comes the end of mind pressures.

36. Sweet-hearted one, meditate on knowing and not knowing, existing and not existing. Then leave both aside that you may be.

37. Look lovingly on some object. Do not go on to another object. Here, in the middle of this object — the blessing.

38. Feel cosmos as translucent ever-living presence.

39. With utmost devotion, centre on the two junctions of breath and know the knower.

40. Consider the plenum to be your own body of bliss.

41. While being caressed, sweet princess, enter the caressing as everlasting life.

42. Stop the doors of senses when feeling the creeping of an ant. Then.

43. At the start of sexual union, keep attentive on the fire in the beginning, and, so continuing, avoid the embers in the end.

44. When in such embrace your senses are shaken as leaves, enter this shaking.

45. Even remembering union, without the embrace, the transformation.

46. On joyously seeing a long-absent friend, permeate this joy.

47. When eating or drinking, become the taste of the food or drink, and be filled.

48. O lotus-eyed one, sweet of touch, when singing, seeing, tasting, be aware you are and discover the ever-living.

49. Wherever satisfaction is found, in whatever act, actualize this.

50. At the point of sleep when sleep has not yet come and external wakefulness vanishes, at this point being is revealed.

51. In summer when you see the entire sky endlessly clear, enter such clarity.

52. Lie down as dead. Enraged in wrath, stay so. Or stare without moving an eyelash. Or suck something and become the sucking.

53. Without support for feet or hands, sit only on buttocks. Suddenly, the centring.

54. In an easy position, gradually pervade an area between the armpits into great peace.

55. See as if for the first time a beauteous person or an ordinary object.

56. With mouth slightly open, keep mind in the middle of tongue. Or, as breath comes silently in, feel the sound HH.

57. When on a bed or a seat, let yourself become weightless, beyond mind.

58. In a moving vehicle, by rhythmically swaying, experience. Or in a still vehicle, by letting yourself swing in slowing invisible circles.

59. Simply by looking into the blue sky beyond clouds, the serenity.

60. Shakti, see all space as if already absorbed in your own head in the brilliance.

61. Waking, sleeping, dreaming, know you as light.

62. In rain during a black night, enter that blackness as the form of forms.

63. When a moonless raining night is not present, close eyes and find blackness before you. Opening eyes, see blackness. So faults disappear forever.

64. Just as you have the impulse to do something, stop.

65. Center on the sound a-u-m without any a or m.

66. Silently intone a word ending in AH. Then in the HH effortlessly, the spontaneity.

67. Feel yourself as pervading all directions, far, near.

68. Pierce some part of your nectar-filled form with a pin, and gently enter the piercing.

69. Feel: My thought, I-ness, internal organs — me.

70. Illusions deceive. Colours circumscribe. Even divisibles are indivisible.

71. When some desire comes, consider it. Then, suddenly, quit it.

72. Before desire and before knowing, how can I say I am? Consider. Dissolve in the beauty.

73. With your entire consciousness in the very start of desire, of knowing, know.

74. O Shakti, each particular perception is limited, disappearing in omnipotence.

75. In truth forms are inseparable. Inseparable are the omnipresent being and your own form. Realize each as made of this consciousness.

76. In moods of extreme desire, be undisturbed.

77. This so-called universe appears as a juggling, a picture show. To be happy look upon it so.

78. O Beloved, put attention neither on pleasure or pain but between these.

79. Toss attachment for body aside, realizing I am everywhere. One who is everywhere is joyous.

80. Objects and desires exist in me as in others. So accepting, let them be transcended.

81. The appreciation of objects and subjects is the same for an enlightened as for an unenlightened person. The former has one greatness: one remains in the subjective mood, not lost in things.

82. Feel the consciousness of each person as your own consciousness. So, leaving aside concern for self, become each being.

83. Thinking no thing, will limited-self unlimit.

84. Believe omniscient, omnipotent, pervading.

85. As waves come with water and flames with fire, so the universal waves with us.

86. Roam about until exhausted and then, dropping to the ground, in this dropping be whole.

87. Suppose you are gradually being deprived of strength or of knowledge. At the instant of deprivation, transcend.

88. Listen while the ultimate mystical teaching is imparted: Eyes still, without winking, at once become absolutely free.

89. Stopping ears by pressing and rectum by contracting, enter the sound of yourself.

90. At the edge of a deep well look steadily into its depths until — the wondrousness.

91. Wherever your mind is wandering, internally or externally, at this very place, this.

92. When vividly aware through some particular sense, keep in the awareness.

93. At the start of sneezing, during fright, in anxiety, above a chasm, flying in battle, in extreme curiosity, at the beginning of hunger, at the end of hunger, be uninterruptedly aware.

94. Let attention be at a place where you are seeing some past happening, and even your form, having lost its present characteristics, is transformed.

95. Look upon some object, then slowly withdraw your sight from it, then slowly withdraw your thought from it. Then.

96. Devotion frees.

97. Feel an object before you. Feel the absence of all other objects but this one. Then, leaving aside the object-feeling and the absence-feeling, realize.

98. The purity of other teachings is as impurity to us. In reality know nothing as pure or impure.

99. This consciousness exists as each being, and nothing else exists.

100. Be the un-same same to friend as to stranger, in honour and dishonour.

101. When a mood against someone or for someone arises, do not place it on the person in question, but remain centred.

102. Suppose you contemplate something beyond perception, beyond grasping, beyond not being, you.

103. Enter space, supportless, eternal, still.

104. Wherever your attention alights, at this very point, experience.

105. Enter the sound of your name and, through this sound, all sounds.

106. I am existing. This is mine. This is this. O Beloved, even in such know illimitably.

107. This consciousness is the spirit of guidance of each one. Be this one.

108. Here is a sphere of change, change, change. Through change consume change.

109. As a hen mothers her chicks, mother particular knowings, particular doings, in reality.

110. Since, in truth, bondage and freedom are relative, these words are only for those terrified with the universe. This universe is a reflection of minds. As you see many suns in water from one sun, so see bondage and liberation.

111. Each thing is perceived through knowing. The self shines in space through knowing. Perceive one being as knower and known.

112. Beloved, at this moment let mind, knowing, breath, form, be included.

Hi friends,
I have to present one another article by Welwood that closely fits our topic. This one is called: on love, conditional and unconditional.

"The unconditional love that springs from the heart has both a

receptive side-appreciating others.Jetting them be as they are,

and feeling touched by them-and an active side-going out

to meet, touch, and make contact, what the existentialists call

"being-with. "

It is the heart's nature to want to circulate love freely back and

forth, without putting limiting conditions on that exchange.

The heart looks right past things that may offend our personal

tastes, often rejoicing in another's being despite all our

reasonable intentions to maintain a safe distance, or break off

contact if a relationship has become too painful. Love in its

deepest essence knows nothing of conditions and is quite

unreasonable. Once the heart has opened and we have been

deeply touched by another person, we will likely feel affected by

that person for the rest of our lives, no matter what form the

relationship may take. Unconditional love has its reasons

which reason cannot know.

Yet, insofar as we are not just pure heart, but also have

conditioned likes and dislikes, certain conditions always

determine the extent of our involvement with another person.

This is -inevitable. As soon as we consider the form of

relationship we want with someone, we are in the realm of

conditions. Because we are of this earth, we exist within certain

forms and structures (body, temperament, personality characteristics,

emotional needs, likes and dislikes, sexual preferences,

styles of communication, life-styles, beliefs and values)

that fit more or less well with someone else's structures.

Conditional love is a feeling of pleasure and attraction based on

how fully someone matches our needs, desires, and personal

considerations. It is a response to a person's looks, style,

personal presence, emotional support-what he or she does for

us. It is not something bad, but it is a lesser form of love, in that

it can be negated by a reversal of the conditions under which it

formed. If someone we love starts acting in ways we don't like,

we may not like him as much anymore. Conditional liking

inevitably gives way to opposite feelings of fear, anger or

resistance when our structures rub up against another person's

structures. Yet beyond both conditional yes and conditional no

lies the larger unconditional yes of the heart.

Attraction to another person is often most intense when the

two orders of love are in accord: this person not only touches

our heart, but also fulfills certain conditions for what we want

from an intimate partner. On the other hand, it is quite

confusing when these two orders do not mesh. Perhaps this

person meets our conditions, yet somehow does not move us

very deeply. Or else he or she touches our heart, so that we want

to say yes, while our personal considerations and criteria lead

us to say no to a committed relationship."

So one thing I hear from this article- We sometimes say 'No' conditionally when the heart wants to say 'yes' unconditionally and it is rejection and stoping the flow of life force. Or, conversely we try to force ourself to love (unconditionally) what we in fact do not and probably never will (conditionally).

Erin

      Hi Orit and all,

Welwood has written a lot of articles. The one I mentioned is called "Principles of Inner Work" by John Welwood (transpersonal Psych. 1984). He talks about one possibly pitfall called spiritual materialism. That is if you become a collector and you have books by this guru and that and you are always trying to aquire new wisdoms. I guess in the end you only get to keep the process of finding them and you don't even get to take your "wisdoms" with you because they probably don't apply to the afterlife, only to this world. The second is called spiritual bypassing and that has to do with trying to use spirituality to create your groundedness. I think that would be if someone avoids daily living and aviods life in favor of spiritual development.

"The result is that many people wind up trying to use spiritual practice to meet their

personal needs or establish their identity, and this just doesn't

work. Many of the so-called "perils of the path"-such as

spiritual materialism, narcissism, inflation, groupthink-i-resuit

from trying to use spirituality to make up for developmental

deficiencies.

The basic purpose of spiritual practice is to help liberate us

from attachment to an imprisoning self-structure. In order to

reap the full benefits of such a practice, however, we have to

have a stable self-structure. This means being grounded in

earthly form. Yet all too often in an urban-technological

culture we don't learn about how to live a grounded life.

Moreover, with the breakdown of extended families and tightknit

communities, the psychological influence of parents on

children in the nuclear family has greatly increased. The result

is that many people today spend a good part of their lives

freeing themselves from their parents' influence and establishing

their own independent sense of themselves. This is

psychological, not spiritual work. It means working with

needs, scripts, hunger for love, fear of love, fear of loss of love,

fear of receiving love, fear of giving love, and establishing a

sense of self-respect which is not overwhelmed or crushed by

other people's opinions." -Welwood

So, I have been really enjoying these articles. I especially enjoy when I read things that as I'm going along I'm thinking 'right on' (so to speak), 'right on, again'

Erin

      Hi Scott,

Ah! I didn't know that John Welwood wrote a book! He has also written article after article in the Journal of Transpersonal Psychology which I have been reading a lot of in the last 5 weeks. One article in particular I remember was about specific types of pitfalls and ways that people become hung up in the spiritual disciplines. Since I hardly ever get to talk about it, if you are interested I will go back to the articles and share with you what they are about.

smiles,
Erin

The heart of these workshops is a breathing meditation that utilizes an ancient rhythmic breathing technique that very quickly shuts down the thinking part of the mind and gets a profound amount of energy moving through the body…then we’ll use this energy to clear deeply held blocks. The groups are an exhilarating and deeply rejuvenating journey…a journey goes deeper each time you dive in.

“I've attended both a breathing workshop with Scott, and had a private session with him as well. Both were incredibly transformative! I experienced amazing release, opening and energetic shifts in both. Much of that is due to the safe, love-filled and high vibrational space Scott is able to hold for his clients and for the group. He is an absolute innate healer who has a huge gift to give to the world.” - Nancy, Los Angeles

“I have experienced numerous forms of healing and breath work all of which have taken me to various degrees of depth within myself and Spirit, but none as powerful as the work that Scott does. I was incredibly impressed by his commitment to co-creating a safe space in which trust, non-judgment and High Connection were the ultimate goal. While I certainly received (or was opened to) a high amount of Shakti (energy) on his table, I am continuously amazed by how open to that energy I am still, and how it just continues to pour into me, days following the healing. This is powerful stuff. Occasionally we meet people who are doing exactly what Spirit had in mind for them in this life-time…Scott is definitely one of those people.” - Greg, Los Angeles

“I am feeling particularly blissed out right now as I have just come from a two hour session with Scott. I can honestly say it was nothing short of transformational. This man brings a level of presence and safety in his work that is extremely rare. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, do not hesitate! What I found so particularly helpful about Scott's work is that he really works with you and within your boundaries to evolve you where you don't even know you need transformation. Thanks to you Scott, for helping me on my path. You're a blessing, man.” -Lucy, Los Angeles

“If you have made it all the way down to my comment and haven't called to set up an appointment with Scott yet… it's time. I feel the same way and completely understand why these comments are filled with such energy. The words that you've read (in my opinion) speak of deeper “trans-personal” aspects of the self that are waiting for us to awaken. Scott is extremely gifted in helping us to recognize and stimulate them I have a hard time describing the experiences I've had with Scott so far. They are beyond anything that can be relayed to you on this computer screen. Think of it like this. We all have many rooms inside each of us. Some doors are wide open and the lights are on while some doors are closed and it's dark inside. Not only does Scott help (in a profound way) to open those doors and shine light inside, he shows you rooms that you couldn't possibly have imagined. Yeah… he's that good!” -Dave, Los Angeles

Peace to you,
Scott

There's some idea floating around out there that the spiritual path gets easier the further you go with it, and I feel like at various points it created pathology (read “needless suffering”) rather than a deepening of the path. That's been my experience at least…

And somewhat in concert with that has been this notion that Ken Wilber writes about in his published journal One Taste about the societal expectation that all of our Teachers, Healers, Gurus, etc be dead from the neck down and just look at us with a sweet benevolent smile from ear to ear…with no unfinished business, no desires, and definitely no sexuality. That too creates pathology if you're a healer and have in any way been running that program, that unconscious (or conscious) belief. It removes any room for humanity.

For example…I'm in NYC doing 9 days of private sessions this week…and towards the beginning of the trip a guy I had been seeing, and felt very connected with on a lot of levels, let me know that he just wanted to be friends. That he felt a very strong emotional and mental level connection, but that there was an aspect of the physical that just wasn't present for him. For the first 15 or so hours, it felt like a soccer team had done laps over my heart with steel cleats.

Rather than spin stories about my worth, desireability, etc…I chose to just stay with the sensations themselves…the felt presence of it all in my body, mostly like a tightly wrung washrag running between the center of my chest down to my navel. Not fun. But incredibly powerful.

As I leaned into the sensations in that first 24 hours, I felt like my heart was actually being opened even wider, rather than “breaking”. I recognized that I had a choice…to open as the experience, or let it close me. I chose to open. It was amazing to watch how many old thought trails and memories were being excavated in the process. One of them was remnants of the “I must be perfect in every way to be an effective healer” idea…which is just plain nonsense.

There were so many moments in the healing sessions with clients that followed where sharing bits of my process had a powerful impact on the clients' own processes, and deepening the trust of our relationships by humanizing me even more. Sometimes a client really needs to hear/see by example rather than just being given straight tools or “teachings” as such. I am one of those clients when I'm working with my teachers and mentors. I want to know that the men and women I'm trusting for partnership, guidance, and mentoring are human, and not afraid of their own shadow…willing to work with it.

Reading the stories of any of the great beings of history, I see how many times they had to face deeper and deeper aspects of the shadow, of the ego…and how subtle it got at times further down the path. And yet there was always something that pulled them through each time…to it seems to be humilty and Love.

As one of my friends says often, “Love is the whole story.”

20 years of meditation and I am still battling with the concepts of
embracing my desires and working on manifesting,
and being aware that my teachers have said one needs to be desire-less and detached
to enter the realm of liberation.

How do I come to terms with these seemingly opposed beliefs?

Thanks!

Being dedicated as a healer, I find myself more often than not on the cutting edge of the sword….continually peeling away at the layers of illusion that arise in my own awareness. Some days it's easier than others. And some days it feels like swallowing a blow torch and being burned out from the inside.

But unless I keep doing the work myself, the work with my clients…or even my expansion into life stalls.

One of the areas I've been putting a lot of attention on lately is dissolving resistance. Resistance is a normal, par-for-the-course sort of thing to have come up in any sort of healing or transformational setting. As far as I understand it, the separtive natured ego is designed to survive, to perpetuate the belief in and experience of being separate (from other people, from God/Source, Love…etc). One of the ways this manifests is in resistance…resistance to Love, essentially.

How I “hold” this resistance makes all the difference…particularly in session. I am so committed to my clients living in total freedom that historically when I've noticed any subtle or not so subtle resistance in the space…I've had my own resistance arising against the resistance. Some old paradigm of meeting resistance with force.

This just doesn't work…it's a subtle version of a war mentality. And all it does is fortify the resistance.

And I've noticed that it's a mirroring of subtle warring within.

So my practice has been to feel into the resistance and imagine actually bringing it into a safe and loving embrace…as I would a puppy or a baby…really holding it in this compassionate loving embrace…essentially, allowing it to be exactly the way that it is.

And there's this alchemy taking place…when I allow it to be as it is, loving it as it is….what is begins to reveal its True Face…which is Love (the Infinite Unmanifest)…the substrate for existence.

So as I continue this practice within, I'm noticing clients having much more self-compassion in dealing with their own resistance. Actually being able to become aware of it, willing to be responsible for it, and feeling empowered to work with it.

There's just no room for me to stop growing, healing, and expanding my capacity to be the clearest expression of Love and Truth. And I wouldn't want to…

I remember something I heard in a transformational course a number of years ago - Yesterday's transformation is today's ego trip…

There's just no arriving…just a continual letting go into the freefall of Love…noticing the contraction, the clenching, the separative pull of the ego, and just letting go….letting go into the perpetual freefall of Infinite Love.

This was actually quite timely. Had a long conversation about love and freedom the other night. I think that there is a lot of truth in what is said here. I also think, though, that love is so often twisted into something that holds a wounded ego and that is where wishing to change someone or needing the constant attendance chains someone' s soul.

I am finding that the more I do not attempt to modify or control or shut down or limit by definition what love is... the more I love and the greater the freedom I feel. The attachments become so much less and, although I have my moments (and I do have those), I find that I feel more freedom and allow more love to simply settle in me and extend outward.

I feel a loss of freedom when someone else begins to place on me the obligation for their sense of self. And those are the places where I am untying the strings that I can feel and cleaning up those relationships.

from the Osho Times magazine (July06 issue):

"So many times we avoid love because we do not want to be imprisioned by it."

"The very acceptance that you are loved as you are -- nothing is expected of you -- gives you soul, makes you integrated, makes you confident, gives you trust."

"Love should come out of your silence, awareness, meditativeness. It is soft, it is unbinding. How can love create fetters for the one who is loved? As love grows deeper, freedom becomes bigger. As love grows deeper, you start accepting the person as he is. You stop trying to change the person."

"To love without freedom is to be impoverished; to be free without love is to live in loneliness, sadness, darkness. Freedom is needed for love to grow, love is needed so that freedom can be nourished."

"The very idea that you give freedom to your beloved is wrong. Who are you to give freedom to your beloved? You can love, and your love implies freedom. It is not something that has to be given."

"Love without freedom brings more and more misery, more and more bondage. Love without freedom naturally tends to be possessive. And the moment possessiveness enters in, you start creating bondage for others and bondage for yourself -- because you cannot possess somebody without being possessed by him. You cannot make somebody a slave without becoming a slave yourself. Whatsoever you do to others is done to you. This is the basic principle to be understood, that love without freedom never brings fulfillment."

"Love is not passion, love is not an emotion. Love is a very deep understanding that somebody somehow completes you. Somebody makes you a full circle. The presence of the other enhances your presence. Love gives freedom to be yourself; it is not possessiveness."

"Nobody loves anything more than freedom. Even love is secondary to freedom; freedom is the highest value. Love can be sacrificed for freedom, but freedom cannot be sacrificed for love. And that's what we have been doing for centuries: sacrificing freedom for love. Then there is antagonism, conflict, and every opportunity is used to hurt each other."

"Love is absolute freedom. Love knows no boundaries. And unless you drop all boundaries, you will not be able to know love."

After having several days of intense heat making me a prisoner in my own home....after having no motivation to do anything, (only the shores I have to do), I have become a complete boring individual.

Talk about LOVE.....last night I even got jealous of my husband being on the internet with his Intergal Naked,( II) buddies....God help me!

I know I have MS and all the crap that goes with it....but I am almost always in a good, upbeat mood.

BUT I knew it would be a better day when I went outside early this morning, (coolest time here in Tucson), to pick up my dog's poop, and saw two ground squirrels playing in our wash area. I know it sounds very elementary but seeing them frolic about, woke up a part of me that has been melted this week.....my light hearted side.....my sense of humor.....my compassion with life.

Needless to say I am still stuck indoors today....but I am back , finally figured out how to post to my Zaadz family. Thank you all for being here with me.

Hey everyone,

I just came accross something that fits well with Being Love.

How to Heal the World:

The Shift to the New Reality has been gaining speed for many years. We have entered a phase of The Shift which is now bringing rapid transformation to our world.

In physics, transformation emerges from within chaos. The existence of chaos is not an option, it's just the way the universe works. The global chaos that we are experiencing is, according to physics, normal. From mankind's point of view, to put it in everyday parlance, this is not a good thing. The effects can range from mild discomfort to extreme trauma.

The good news is that the energy of transformation can express itself at many levels. The energy has to go somewhere, so if the energy of transformation fails to find expression at a higher frequency level, it will spiral downwards until it does find an outlet for its expression. But it can be absorbed and used at the spiritual level, diverting any need for physical upheaval.

The energy of transformation can be channeled into a spiritual focus, into emotional release or it can be allowed to manifest in the only remaining field of popular action, the physical world. There it will erupt through emotion-driven, physical phenomena - volcanic eruption, earthquakes and violent storms, for example. All of these "natural" disasters are driven by the chaotic emotional energy of mankind. All of them can be healed and prevented when people channel enough spiritual energy to soothe the chaos.

Today, it is more important than ever to send healing energies into the world. If enough people enter their inner, spiritual space regularly, then the incoming energies of transformation can be expressed on a spiritual level.

You can make all the difference in the world today when you help balance the incoming energies of transformation by using the following technique.

The Infinite Being Heal the World Technique:

Reconnect with your spiritual source daily. Use the Infinite Being meditation from the InfiniteBeing.com web site, or your own meditation technique, the first thing every day. Make it a habit, a part of your morning routine.

End your meditation session by spending time in gratitude for life, nature and the Infinite Being from which you materialized. Let a sense of gratitude for everything in your life fill your heart.

Then, intend world peace and enlightenment. Send this intention out into the world as love energy through the heart chakra just in front of your breastbone.

This alone would be enough to make a big difference in the world today. However, by adding a third component to the technique, it becomes enormously powerful and effective.

Powerful acts of creation all have three essential components - intent, feeling and motion. Those are the only three tools which Infinite Being used to create the universe and everything within it. That's how powerful those three components are, when used together in equal balance.

So far you have set the first component,

(1) Your intention - world peace and enlightenment.

You have also set the second component,

(2) A love-inspired environment - gratitude for the universe and everything in your life.

Now, it's time for the third component,

(3) Action. It is time to move that energy, in large quantities, into the global mind atmosphere surrounding the Earth. This is how:

On every in-breath, imagine white light from the Cosmos entering your crown chakra, above the head, and traveling down your spine to the level of your heart, then traveling forward into your heart chakra, just in front of your breastbone.

At the same time, see white light from the Earth entering the base of your spine and traveling up the spine, then forward, to merge with the cosmic energy in the heart chakra.

The energies of the Cosmos and the Earth will fuse together and cause an energetic reaction at the frequency of the heart chakra. This fusion forms a ball of energetic white light in the heart chakra.

With every out-breath, send the power of this energetic reaction out to the world. Direct it as a beam of white light from your heart chakra, out into the world.

Continue this in-breath, out-breath cycle for at least five minutes each morning and you will not only help heal the world, you will change your entire day for the better.

The universe reflects who you are. When you practice healing the world, by automatic reflection, you heal who you are. Any and all issues which have been challenging for you will move closer towards resolution as you help the world in this way.

There's nothing like starting your day helping to heal the world in these critical days of transformation. It's one of those things that brightens your day and makes you feel good to be alive.

Owen Waters, author of "The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness"

http://www.infinitebeing.com/theshift

The Planetary Awakening Network
http://www.planetawake.org/
co-ordinator Maggie Erotokritou
surya@spidernet.com.cy

And, there's that beautiful saying that inspired a company of natural cleaning and home products about thinking about how your choices will affect the next 7 generations.

Choice by choice, we can heal the planet. Thank you for putting out the intention and having us be aware of July 7th, 2007, but right now, we can choose to be great with our Mother ... take care of her now ...

Hey Scott,

I believe the Truth that the world is already perfect allows for us to have a choice if we want to experience the perfect Love or not. I think we are here to represent who we want to be by our actions. There are some things that we cannot change-The Truth that the world is Heaven. And some that we can-what we experience. The collective mind of us humans create this seemingly unperfect world. I believe the key is to see through that which is fake, and heal the world by viewing it as it Really Is.

Hmmm....cool stuff.

What comes up for me is this place of finding the balance with the seeming Truth that the Earth is perfect exactly as it is (in a more absolute view) and if I pollute a stream, fish will die (reality as it appears to be).

Still working with this one myself.

Seems the most powerful place I've found so far to work from is that everything is perfect as it is ....while doing what comes up for me to do (in terms of intent or action).

Peace to you,

Scott
