My girl fiend and another sailor couple set sail from Nassau for Palm Beach, Florida across the Bahama Banks. Afternoon squalls made the decision to sail to a nearby small cay and anchor for the night. I pulled out a bottle of rum. We swapped yarns into the night.

My girl fiend didn't drink. When I started...(more)

Welcome to the New Age

inlink said Apr 1, 2007, 9:16 AM:

I'd like to welcome our new members, Enlightened.thinker and 9 lives, with this new age message. Speaking of the Age of Enlightenment, for 500 years, the main thrust in the West has been developing our material world, thereby creating a very dangerous world, and not only that, a preoccupied, weaker willed individual.

The cure for the current Islamic holy war is understanding how it all comes together. It is nothing like the materialist West thinks it is, and certainly not like Islam thinks it is. And the very last to understand how it all comes together is the authorities in control. In the mind set of Islamic authorities, the belief that God's will cannot be questioned, really their own wills, in the West the mind set of the authorities, the belief that social engineering is essential to protect the interests of the little guy, really their own wills, the individual is altogether left out of the decision making.

As a matter of choice, the individual has allowed authorities to dumb him down. In any case, the individual has no control over his life. Authorities send us into harm's way. Authorities destroy us at will. It has been ongoing for thousands of years. And we yet don't have any answers. We are programmed to think there is no other way.

We should ask ourselves, were the individual in control of his life would we not find a way to live together in peace? I can only speak for myself, and hope. For the past five years, I've been writing my memoirs. I started by writing whatever came to mind, and then connecting events. Like a jigsaw puzzle, it has all come together to form a picture. At the time the events took place, I didn't make any connections but now I see a well defined path of destiny, in my case, a self-destructive path.

I was in my 40s when I had a bigger than life calling. My calling had nothing to do with my Christian teaching. It came from within. I felt that government had unconstitutionally intruded in my personal domain. I legally challenged the culprit, the IRS, in court. The IRS reaction is what beat Uncle Sam. I won, but only for my own benefit. I changed nothing.

For my own benefit, I departed and went to sea for two years on a sloop I named Bold Venture. I returned captain of my ship. When everything could have gone wrong for me, everything went right. No one knows what I know. I know that before I discovered who I was and what I was about I was not in control of my life. No one can read my mind. In spite of what authorities say, this is a do-it-yourself world.

I was in my 40s when I had my bigger than life calling. I'm in my 80s now and life is good. I could not have been wrong. Our exploration and control of outer space has overwhelmed our exploration and control of our inner space.

The emergence of the quantum, “the smallest excitation of a quantified wave or field,” states my dictionary, is the key that will unlock a universe we have never dreamed existed. We have no idea of the power of the mind.

The universe is infinite-without beginning, without end-therefore, more than physical, more than a giant clockworks, more than Newton's laws of motion. Quantum physics now tells us we're co-equal in the creation. In fact, the Bible states: “And God said, Let us make man in our image.” In our image of ourselves, was it meant that we are supposed to be in the image of our authorities? We're hypocrites. Judges held the Nazis to be guilty of murder.

In my youth, I was in a trap and didn't know how to get out of it. In our image of ourselves, we are either meant to be dependent on authorities, or to be independent, self-reliant, and personally responsible. It is our choice. I embarked on an exploration of my inner self and came out of it consciously aware of my rightful path of destiny. I found that I could pursue my interests, independent of others, and at the same time gain the happiness I deserved. Had the authorities let me be myself, I would have been what I was meant to be from the beginning.

Thank you very much for the welcome and your message.

I agree that we are far too dependant on the authorities.  Personal responsibility for much of western society has gone out the window.  Too many people are content to just follow along mindlessly, unquestioning.  I have often been told that I think too much.  It's not meant as a compliment, but I take it as one.  Why would I just want to accept and not question?  It's important to live consciously and fully, but sometimes I need reminding.

9lives, you remind me of the 100th money story. The monkeys frequented the beach where food was left. A young female was first to wash the sand off of her food in the ocean. Monkey see monkey do, except for the older monkeys. Max Plank, one of quantum mechanics founding fathers, tells us you can't teach an old dog new tricks.  I disagree.  I learned quantum mechanics and started thinking new ideas.  At any rate, so the thinking goes, when the 100th monkey learned to wash the sand off of its food, critical mass was reached. Monkeys all over the Pacific islands started washing the sand off of their food.

Banker tycoon J.P. Morgan said,  “Give me 10 men who think like I think and we will control the world.”  If every member of Zaadz attracted 16 people with our philosophy, critical mass would be reached.  Zaadz would change the world.

Excellent!!

Yes, you are 100% correct.  Truth is, we're only being “told” we're free by our schools and media.

The only time in my life I honestly felt “free” was … when I lived outside the US.  What a sad commentary.

I easily see the tools of entrapment … and they're present from a very young age.  Student loans, mortgage, car payments, taxes.  We live our lives in perpetual bondage to the powers that be.

“In my youth, I was in a trap and didn't know how to get out of it. In our image of ourselves, we are either meant to be dependent on authorities, or to be independent, self-reliant, and personally responsible. It is our choice. I don't know if you're referring here to our enslavement by going from one form of voluntary servitude to another, to another, to another, till we're finally dead.  Is this statement based merely on our physical world, or is this metaphysical as well?  Many of us are, by the way, our own worst enemies.  We could put “ourselves” in that enslaving category if we “buy in” to the indoctrination we receive from youth and playing the societal roles we're expected to fulfill, which is more of a self-imposed form of slavery by not breaking free of the bonds of tribe or group.

After this post, this comes now to my attention.  Add that while Democrats in the House were busy voting to cut off funding for our troops in Iraq last week, their allies in the Budget Committee were busy making sure that amendments to the budget bill, to reverse Bush tax cuts, the following increases will never get a vote on the floor of the House.  When …

You're a family of four earning $60,000 a year: Your income-tax bill will rise 61% in 2011, from $3,030 to $4,893.

You're an elderly couple earning $40,000 a year: Your taxes will go up by 156% in 2011, from $583 to $1,489.

You're a woman: You could be one of the 83 million American women who could see their taxes rise by an average of $2,068.

You're married: You could be one of the 48 million married couples who will pay an average of $2,899 more under the liberal tax increase.

You have kids: 42 million families with children will pay an average of $2,181 more in taxes.

You're a small-business owner: 26 million small-business owners will get a tax bill for an average of $3,960 more than before.

After you read this, I invite you to read my latest  post, Power v. Enslavement. All comments and arguments welcome.

I like that thought.  I'm now going to change my e-mail signature to link to Zaadz.   Who knows who I might reach.

There are some posts on www.fourwinds10.com on government that might interest all.  Also check out the one of Stem Cell Therapy done mostly in other countries for limb regeneration,  disease, helping people walk (non-embryonic) and many other uses.  Ode magazine had a story of a dr healing cancer using a persons own blood to refuse back into them.  Same dna,  all from ones own body-noninvasive.  Great stuff  .Also Bush overturning the Posse Comitatus Act that protects the people from the military being used against them(as in Branch Davidians).
