Jen's 2009 Reading

I frequently browse the book section in the local thrift store. In the fall I came across a book called Your Emotions and Your Health. It was published back in 1986 and is essentially a compendium of articles from Prevention magazine. Despite being outdated, it holds some timeless advice and some things I didn’t know, like the sustained mmmmmm in ohm does have a positive physiological effect (as does nnnn or other vibratory utterances).
