Introduction

Originally planned for Skopje Macedonia as a Collaboration with Organization:NGO_Art_Studio and also seeking partners to develop plans for other communities. Oci Novosti Balkans represents another early step that will lay the founation for promoting and adding value to  this project which includes an Art Themed Hotel, Cafe, Exhibition Space, Renewable Energy integration, Entreprenurial Hub and Art Stuios, and niche industry events.
