It was established in 2004, and attained NGO status in 2006,&nbsp;&nbsp; registration number <strong>S. 5914/6687, </strong>under the NGOs Act of 1989 of the Republic of Uganda.&nbsp; <strong>Joy for children-Uganda</strong> is dedicated to finding and providing opportunities and hope for children who are victims of poverty, HIV/AIDS, malaria and other man-made and natural calamities in Uganda.&nbsp; Our core programs include <strong><em>Joy Children&#39;s Resource Centre,</em></strong> <strong><em>Advocacy/Anti-child abuse campaign, Health, Hygiene and Sanitation, Food Security, and Child Sponsorship.&nbsp; </em></strong></p><br /> </p>
