…I would start off by stating that money is not real !…
…it only has the appearance of being real because so many of us focus soooo much attention on it…
…it used to be that money was coins…usually gold… and if there was a doubt as to it being real, you could bite it !… this actually was a test…
…then there came promissory notes… this was an invention by some cleaver people that owned printing presses that promised to give you gold if you really wanted to lugg it around…
…then they took away the gold…
…the truth is that the so called money that we obsess over these days is not much more that electrons…
…only a fraction of the “money” is required to be in paper while the rest floats in cyberspace …
…the Fed controls the tap and pours out more electrons as needed which they RENT to us… that’s right !…we are renting electrons from a small group of people in a system that we never pay the principle and only a part of the interest… and we Always need more because the system is built that way, so they just click a button and shoot us some more debt !…
…are we insane ?…
…how did WE as a Collective Soul allow this to take place ?… as a test to take back our Soveriegnty ?…
…it is |

…an interesting article on wealth and body language… A flashy handbag or Armani suit can signal a person’s wealth, but so can their body language, according to a new study. People of higher socioeconomic status are more rude when conversing with others. Psychologists Michael Kraus and Dacher Keltner of the University of California, Berkeley, videotaped pairs of undergraduate students who were strangers to one another, during one-on-one interviews. In total, 100 undergraduate students participated. The researchers then looked for certain gestures that indicate level of interest in the other person during one-minute slices of each conversation. They found that students whose parents were from higher socioeconomic status (SES) backgrounds engaged in more of what he called “impolite” behaviors, such as grooming, doodling and fidgeting. Lower SES students showed more ”I’m interested” gestures, including laughter and raising of the eyebrows *************** …read the rest of the article here… http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20090210/sc_livescience/bodylanguagerevealswealth …it got me to thinking about people’s attidudes and weath… …I am a firm believer in our movement towards a cashless society… this would be one that will require a pole shift in values and attitudes… …let us suppose that we bring about a reversal of values and it is based on a credit/debit system (much like our ATM cards now) but that value would be given to those that contribute to the Whole… all basic needs would be provided for as no one would go hungary, need for shelter, or need basic clothing… elimination of poverty… of course there will be lazy people… and they have a right to be so… but education would be available for All that desire to move ahead… extra credit would be given to those that produce…be it music, art, new inventions or discoveries… the best and brightest would be allowed to be the teachers…these would be the “rock stars”… it would be a STO society…Service To Others… those that wish to wallow in a STS ( service to self ) lifestyle will eventually wither and atrophy… …we take our place in a universe where each society is this way… eventually weeding out all the cancerous civilisations in the Body of God… …the Universe IS wealth !… the constructs of need and lack are steadily becoming outmoded… …it’s all about Attitude !… |

Interesting post, Wil, and an interesting article! I think they could be emphasize more that they were using undergraduates as subjects, though; after all, these are kids just out of their teens, not adults who’ve had to interact outside their immediate circles. |
