Re: The How tos and Guidelines for Selecting and Posting Threads

Question about commenting, when I thread has been added to our 'library' and we wish to comment on it in an analytical way or more of an outside view on the thread, say its impact, importance, purpose, or want to create a discussion on it, but not really reply to anything in the pod, is this to be done in our thread here, or shall we create a new thread, with a title like “discussion on this topic about this thread”.

Will delete this comment or move it after it's answered if you want so not to bloat the intro.
