I like artisean water. What are good things to know about water? I drink about 4 glasses a day and have water from my fruits and veggies but I would love to talk about how others do their water intake. Any tips? |

Water is the great purifier. Among all the the recognized uses of water for the body (perspiration, waste, blood - tears!) water is also in lymph, a fluid that is the key ingredient to the immune system, and one of the first fluids to get the ax during dehydration. |

I refill a water bottle with filtered water from the sink . . and sip it through the night as I get thirsty- |

Of course, you could also just drink when thirsty… |

In hot weather and with all the physical training I do I can easily drink 3-4 liters of plain water daily. |

Ha ha, Halina… :) Honestly, you mirrored my thoughts exactly. I find most paradigms involving the conscious habituation of completely natural behaviours slightly odd- and usually unfounded in actually good soil of ratiocination. Such as bringing my consciousness to how much water I drink, how often I poopie, how much do I excersize… etc. BUT! (I catch myself, now…) I suddenly notice that most of the unhealthy mental behaviours which I endeavor to change (such as getting mad inappropriately or shooting my mouth off in public causing unnecessarily hurt feelings) are changed through that very process of conscious habituation… This is very interesting, no? It reminds me of the two main philosophies of morality: in one (the catholic, the muslim and the stoic), a person trying to improve themselves are presented with the dichotomy of some facet of their reality. In this method, the dichotomy is resolved by one winning over the other. Good triumphs over and vanquishes evil. In this philosophy we are told to root out and destroy the evil parts of ourselves. The other method (the sufi, the hermetic and the mystical), a person faces the same dichotomy but rather than eliminating one or the other, transcends them with a new value which replaces both. In communication, this has bearing. Two people have to deal with one another. They have different perspectives. They go to make a decision together (perhaps they are husband and wife?) but they cannot agree. How to decide? It is similar… either one vanquishes and controls the other- OR they find a transcendant value that embraces both perspectives and allows a decision to be made. Oh yeah… we’re talking about water! I forgot! |

Yes, Axiom, great points and I agree, we should stick to the topic! (water, naturally): |
