Intuitive Exercise Step One Instructions: (01/04/08) (c). If you would like a methodic approach, try these intuitive tips: You are in a dark theatre and suddenly dim lights come on. You look around and notice there is noone in the entire theatre but you: (Begins) 1. Notice: A film is starting, but there is no introduction. 2. The film starts in the middle of the plot instead of the beginning. Now, you notice from the film that you hear no voices nor sound effects, but there is background music. 3. Just by observing you can tell that an event took place moments before the film began and so you must discern it after the fact on your own. To get this perspective you observe what is happening on the screen to perceive the emotional atmosphere. 4. Name the feelings that make up the film's emotional atmosphere. 5. If upon the screen you see people interacting or carrying out a mission, what does the mission or activity remind you of? Does a book, film, poem, song, or past experience come to mind? Write that down 6. Suddenly you are no longer seated in the theatre, instead you are in the film as a character with an omniscient view, a part of the scene, but hovering above like a surveilance sky camera. At this point, not only are there no voices nor sound effects, but now, there is no music – silence. All that you perceive must come from the emotion conveyed within the scene's thought atmosphere. 7. Your view descends from above to the ground. Now, you are in the scene, a part of the environment walking around in real time, but noone notices you. It is clear you are viewing the aftermath of an experience shared by those in this scene, and you are an invisible witness. 8. While walking through this scene observing people, places, and things, you soak in every detail for the sake of discovering what just happened. 9. You decide to be still and wait. You continue your vigilent watch, your eyes focusing on whatever catches your attention from one moment to the next. 10. Do the people in this scene have something in common? Write down what you feel! 11. Take a moment to correlate all that you observed. Is there a story line unfolding? Connect your impressions like connecting the dots. Is there a book, film, TV show, song, a painting, historic event or personal experience you could use to help identify what you see and feel in your mind's eye? For instance, you may say aloud, “The emotion I am getting from the scene in my mind's eye is ____ ,and I am reminded of a personal experience where….” or…. For instance, you may say aloud, “The emotion I am getting from the scene in my mind's eye is ____ ,and I am reminded of a book I read, called….” (Ends) Follow this guideline, if you'd like! Have fun! Please post your intuitive impression from the Individual Perspective as a reply to this thread. |

…if the targets were terrible events…why did my impression have a relaxed atmosphere?…that there were two targets kinda jives with the two part aspect of my impression…maybe like we are chidren being watched over and the target was part of a growth process…this world being our playground…the human race being children slowly growing up… |

I went off into the past, saw a glimpse of war, then it focused before that I think, on following the back of a man walking on the stone streets. He was wearing a brown cap and jacket with his hands in his pockets. I felt breathing, calm and steady breathing and realized it wasn't my breathing but his. For a second i was in his eyes, breathing, then it calmly went away. |

I've pictured an animal - a dog, sitting on the beach, watching the waves wash up on the shore as the sun sets. The sunlight is dancing upwards from just below the horizon on to the whispy clouds changing from burnt orange to a deep rich purple…. |

The very first impression I perceived was a shaft of light, like a spotlight on a stage, and the silhouette of a man standing in it. There was silence and a cold, alone feeling. I was curious about it, but the image immediately shifted as the “movie” began to play in my inner sight. It went by quickly. I had the perception of a bustling downtown street or avenue. It's an older area, but not unkepmt. I focused on one “frame” of the movie and saw a red, four-door car drive past. That car is what caught my attention most. It was as if I was standing curbside, looking across the street to the other side when the car drove past. I could hear it's wheels swish by on the pavement. I had the impression of rain, although the scene was not gloomy or dank. People were moving in and out of the businesses immediately across the street or walking down the street. I have a feeling of 1960s or earlier. Thriving, mid-sized community, somewhere near or in New York state or Pennsylvania. I didn't see the occupant/s of the car. The feeling frome the car is out of sync with the rest of the environment though. There is some angst or anxiety coming from the car. |

Well I got the impression of 1950s, 1940s out on the street..a small town, people outside..something global or in the US, affecting large amounts of people. Something that changed our perception of a belief or idea, that opened us to a new way of perceiving. Some idea, belief, etc that was contrary to the popular view of the time. Seemed like a ‘negative’ event, to some.. not a war per se, but some big event. ‘War of the worlds’ and civil rights come to mind. Intolerance of other people. The event expressed a strange taboo act or idea to people. Shocking. People talking amongst themselves. The event disrupted peoples lives. |

I saw a forest in winter, covered with snow, and with a road running through it. On the road was a carriage, at a distance from me, but in the foreground, much closer, was a young man and a young woman. They were dressed in the clothes of a time long ago, she was wearing a cap and long coat over long skirts. They were fumbling with a piece of paper, hurried, their fingers seemed clumsy and their effort to hurry didn’t help them open the wrinkled paper any faster. The emotion was anxiety and pressure. They were looking for something important in the paper, and they felt they did not have time to waste. |

What I saw was a battlefield and I focused in on the one individual . He was a young man of 16yrs. and he was a flag carrier. The time period looked like the civil war i think? The emotions I feel from him are confusion, remorse, and then I zoom in on him and it is as if he could see me but I can not hear words come from his mouth but he looks straight at me me and says “Don't do this-this is not the way” |

IHE: impressions:
It is the White Light of the Between (as described in The Book of Liberation Through Understanding in the Between). In the Light is my little fat master laughing joyfully on his flying carpet. He looks at me with great happiness. He is welcoming me to this new experience, as he has always done. I feel bliss. I am happy even in the Between. I am Insubstantial once again. He and I are one non-thing. |

I was viewing and audience as I peered out from behind a side curtain. The person on the stage was face less. The audience all appeared happy and laughing at the person on the stage except one person. He was sitting in the center of all the people. He had a look of forlorn. He was looking back at me. The audience applauds. |

I was at a memorial wall like one for Vietnam Veterans or 9/11 victims. I have never been to one of these walls before, so I felt a little out of place and lost for a second. I felt the energy of the place and it was very calm and reverant. I was not sure why I was showed this visual, but I stayed as an observer as if floating above the scene. I felt honored to see it. |
