I would like to add to the planetary awareness.
Because of over population, It is ideal to have no more than 1 child per adult and less is better.
This would mean two children per family.
This is not intended to mean that it is wrong to have more, it is just less than ideal for the planet.
Being fruitful and multiplying no longer serves the long term purposes of humanity on this finite planet.

After discussing the idea of a six day work week with a christian friend I was suprised to learn that she opposed the six day work week because she said that the Bible said that on the seventh day God rested. So because of that she said we have to have seven day work weeks. I have always seen the 7 day work week as something invented by man. It certainly has no connection to anything celestial. If we did have the 6 day work weeks as purposed in the game of the four directions, then each month would always start on a monday. It would certainly help people mentally. Currently the months start days and ending days are always changing. It is very confusing with a 7 day work week. Personally I think a 7 day work week is too stressfull to people who work full time.

This is going to be the biggest concept to define the 21st century. And you people reading this are the first 99 monkeys.....if you know of that story. All of this is already out there in the collective consciousness. When you go here, you will recognize the information because it all makes so much sense. Yet a large part of society as it is still currently operating under illusion. You will see the truth in this. We are just waiting for the 100th monkey to learn this and then the paradim will shift.

Celebrating a different holiday schedule than the nation's standard circle of federal and religious holidays will definitely change the structure of the world-view.

Getting folks to do it is a bit of a job.

But it is a realistic plan, to try to persuade people to celebrate new holidays. It would work, as the years go by.

It's healthy for individual freedom, wether or not it could be done in a way to stimulate social changes, too.

Hey Y'all...<---- no I am not from the south, just trying a little friendly sound since typing can sound so sterile.
I am a revolutionary dreamer. Wanting to change the western calendar. That is a really big idea, and I don't know for sure how many people undertake such a monumentous goal but heck life is a big virtual reality game huh? And we are all just going to die anyway.
I just believe humanity can do much better. That is why I call myself an Independant Naturalistic Idealist.
Independant means I don't have to belong to some lable. The us vs. them thing.
Naturalistic... means I believe in co-operating with nature as apposed to running over it. - you know like Chief Seattle said ..."we are all an interconnected web of life".
Idealist - Well I strive for the ideal. Why not have a high vision?

Our current Calendar has become
a mental prision of Governmental
and religious mind control that is
outdated relative to our environmentally

around the months of the Cosmic

is the design of Conscious Revolution
for the Age of Aquarius when
mankind will learn to live in peace and
harmony with the planet.

Our current calendar is an overlooked force in our lives because few of us ever stop to question the effects that it has on us and we fail to see the big picture. We simply accept grade school teachings and memorize the names of the months, holidays and days as if it is some unchangeable ultimate truth.

Many aspects of our calendar are outdated remnants of the Roman empire and the Roman Catholic Religion and have many repercussions on how society as a whole functions. Few know that the months our actually named after Roman gods and goddesses and that July is named after Julius Caesar and August after Augustus Caesar, thereby shifting the rest of the months. The Latin meaning of the words is now wrong. September means "7^th month," yet it's the 9^th month of the year; October means "8^th month," yet it's our 10^th month; November means "9^th month," yet it's our 11^th month; and December means "10^th month" yet it is the 12^th month. The names are now illogical and meaningless or celebrate gods and rulers that we no longer worship or admire. (We could rename these to correspond to the growing cycle so that they would have meaning in our lives. We could also have a calendar that has 12 months of 30 days each containing 5 weeks of 6days. This would add up to 360day for the year and the other 5 days would be on Solstices and Equinoxes, that fall right at the end of the month in which they occur. In addition, most Americans think of the Celts and Druids as only being from Ireland. They are not aware that their own heritage may be Celtic and Druid because these people once existed in central Europe as far south as Germany before the Roman Empire conquered and converted most to Christianity. It was the early Germanic peoples who celebrated the Solstice and brought the Evergreen tree into the home. Stonehenge is an example of the Holy place being outside. Christianity overshadowed their traditions, and that is why the words "Christmas" and "Solstice," and "birth of the Son" and "birth of the Sun" sound so similar. Christianity removed nature as something to be reveared. If we think of the Calendar in terms of the natural growing cycle, then certainly the northern hemisphere's Winter Solstice marks the point in time when the Earth begins to tilt back towards the sun on it's axis. It is the true Solar New Year and return to the light. On the color wheel it would be represented as the first point where the cold Blue energy is turned to Blue Green by the influence of Yellow. If we can accept that our current New Year is arbitrary and re-evaluate the whole year in terms of the growing cycle we come to see that our current calendar's white squared blocks of time known as weeks, are just man's invention to regulate production and that many of our Holidays have become commercial sales tools.

Few of us now realize that when the Government gives federal employees one specific religious Holiday off, it is not fair to those of other faiths who pay taxes. If the Government instead gave a religious holiday to the federal employees to use when they wanted, it would it alleviate congestion on our roads and at airports, and possibly keep Government offices open and be equitable in our multi-cultural society. It would allow families to decide when to celebrate their own traditions.

The Cosmic Wheel Calendar is a new way to look at time, yet it is also a very old way to look at time. To know and understand this calendar is to be part of the Conscious Revolution to heal multi-cultural mankind's relationship with the planet by reconnecting with our personal growth cycle and the natural growing cycle. Revolution means to come back in a full circle, Conscious Revolution means to knowingly come around to a higher level, like a spiral. There is no reason we have to stay locked in an outdated view of time, but first we have to change the way we think about it!

ConsciousRevolution - Wheel of Time Games of the Four Directions.~~~

ConsciousRevolution the Wheel of Time Game Gives you messages to think on.

Before playing find or make 4 peices of tree sticks approximatly 1"1/2 long and paint or color them with marker the colors of the 4 directions. North is Blue, East is Yellow, Red is South, and West is Purple. This action is making your game your own and you may if you wish have a ceremony to call the powers of the directions into the tokens. The sticks from trees also represent the tree symbol of the Shaman in the center of the board and also represents the hands of a ticking clock.

If possible align the board correctly with the directions. All four players closes eyes and shakes the sticks 4 times with hands cupped tight together forming a hallow spot with player sitting in the North putting his right hand on top representing Heaven, player istting in the South putts his left hand on the bottom representing Earth and player sitting in the East puts right hand on the right representing light and player sitting in the west puts his left hand on the left representing dark. Then after the count of 4 up and down shakes together they pull their hands apart and this spills the sticks in the center of the board. The direction that the players represented is determined by the stick closest to them. and then the players set in their respective seat. You will be representing all the elements and influences of your direction and this can be the area of your current cycle that you will apply the Wheel of Change cards to.

Race Reading Game can be played by 2 or 4 players.~~~

Shuffle the wheel of time cards and place them in the center of the board.
Beginning with the person in the east each player draws a card from the pile.
Turn the card face up in front of the player. This is the the wheel they must complete.
Place your colored stick token on either the equinox or solstice in their direction.
To complete the wheel, roll the dice. You then have your choice of either going to the moon at the beginning of that numbered Earth wheel or you may move along individual moons. Example... You start in the E spring quinox... you roll a 7... you may either move 7 moons or you may start on the first moon on the 7^th wheel which is Growth.
If you land on a moon next to a grey box you may only roll one die on the next turn.
If you land on a solstice or equinox moon you may then travel through the center and come out in any direction.
After you complete the wheel of your card, It is then turned over and it becomes part of your reading. The first card in the reading. You then draw another card and turn it up in frount of you and this is the new wheel that you must complete.
When there are no more cards to draw after a completion of a wheel, the game is over and the person who completed the most wheels is the winner.
Return unfinished cards to the deck in the center. Your reading will be your completed wheels attributes applied to the energies of the direction or element you represented.
For Example if you are in the east the reading will apply to learning, new ideas, communications actions and creations that you are working on or need to be working on. If you are in the south the reading will apply to family or love relationships and trust and growth. If you are in the west you will be doing inner work on a subconscious level and working on your dreams and intuition. If you are in the north you will be focusing on your knowledge and wisdom and worldly issues, spirit or money matters. If your position was in the East and you completed the wheel of preservation and growth and hope and wisdom. Turn your cards face up and meditate on how your life would apply to things you were trying to create and the actions you were taking. First try to read the cards in the order they were given to you. Ask your self how you can preserve your growth that you have made from your actions. How can you keep having hope? How can you keep the wisdoms that you have already gained? Alternatly you can move your cards around into different orders and see if it gives you further insites.

The object of the game is to go to all the phases of the cycle first. To do this you must plan the best way. You can go around the board or choose to cut through the middle.

The cards A- Q correspond to the 12 wheels and the King is the center. If you complete a wheel you then get that card into your reading.

Dice are used to travel around the moons of each phase and or

Playing the Wheel of Change~~~ -2 or 4 players

Separate a regular card deck into the 4 different suits.
Clubs will represent the Earth Diamonds represent Fire, Spades represent Air and West represents Water.
Distribute the cards to each of the 4 players. As Each player shuffles his deck he silently asks "what Wheels do I need to focus on?" and then places the deck face down in front of them.
Beginning in the east each player will turn over a card and place it around the wheel A=1 2=2 3=3 4=4 5=5 6=6 7=7 8=8 9=9 10=10 J=11 Q=12 K=Center
The last card on each pile gets that corresponding Wheel of change card.... Each person will have cards that they will focus on.

Solitary Journey -a One player game.

Separate the Kings of the Four suits from the deck.
Place the Kings going on the outside at each of the 4 directions.
Shuffle the cards of the deck asking for incite into what direction you need to work on or think about and what energy can you use.
Then starting at vision, turn over a card... if it plays on a king going down numerically play it. If not place it face up on vision. Then turn a card over for plan ...if it plays on a king going down numerically play it. Play out all the cards. In the end which ever King has the most cards, that area/ of your life needs attention. The wheel phase with the most cards is the energy that you can apply to your revolution. Read the wheel of change card that corresponds to the Wheel phase.

Battle of the Elements.~~~ ` a four player game

1. Shuffle the regular card deck. Deal all the cards out.

2. Who ever has the ace of spades goes first and leads naming the energy of that card as he plays. Example... he says Birth of Creativity.

3. Other players must follow suit and say their card.

4. All Kings are Trump...When a player plays a King of Clubs for example he says "Powers of the Earth" and takes the trick.

5. The person who takes the most tricks at the end of the game wins.

6. If there is a tie, the two players may have a play off using just the cards from the direction that they represent. Then then place the cards face down and then turn them over simultaneosly. The higher card wins. The direction that takes the most cards wins the game.

There are several ways to use this board using the deck of regular playing cards, dice, the Wheel of change cards and the board with all its visual symbolism. 1. Cosmic Level -Awareness of the natural cycles
-Celebrate the Solstices and Equinoxes. Through the connection of the Solstices and Equinoxes humanity can become more aware of the natural energy that falls to the earth every day in the form of Solar Energy. The sun has created the wood and oil that we burn and the wind that blows. By designing our buildings according to their relationship to the sun we can live in harmony with the natural energy that the great mystery provides.
-Plant a tree every year on solstices or equinoxes you will be giving the gift of oxygen or food to the future.
-Work towards calendar reform that creates 6-day workweeks, which can then be divided into 12 months of 30 days each. Additionally there are 5 extra days that are the Solstices and Equinox's, which would be holidays that always fall next to the weekend in the months that they occur. 2. Planetary Level Earth-Environment

-Do your best to take actions to keep water, soil and air pure. Do this not only for yourself but also for future generations because you realize that your actions affect the future and that you are only a part of the greater system and not separate from it.
-Support methods of production that create minimal pollution.
-Do not spray chemicals or improperly dispose of batteries which pollute ground water.
-Grow organic food and support decentralization of the food supply and buy locally grown food.
-Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refuse when possible.

3.Humanity Level Society-Culture

-Realize that humanity is a rainbow of people with different races, customs, sex, sexual preference, cultures and celebrate it.
-Support creative ethnic and unique dress that expresses freedom of ideas.
-Support the wearing of homemade or sacred jewelry that represents spirituality. Avoid wearing jewelry as a show of wealth and pride.
-Avoid dressing for success in plain non-descript business like clothes that are quasi uniforms of mindless conformity.
-Work towards creating a national Multi-cultural day instead of Columbus Day.
-Fly the World Unity Flag it is a free consecrated symbol of the Rainbow with the picture of the Earth in the middle. (This is not the Gay and Lesbian pride flag or Jessie Jacksons Political Rainbow Coalition flag)

4. Personal Level- Mind-Ethics

-Speak your truth politely and with out a sense of pride or ego and only seek to raise others consciousness with kindness.
-Believe in doing to others as you would have them do to you.
-Be honest with others and yourself and keep your word when given and fulfill responsibilities and commitments to the best of your ability.
-Strive for right livelihood. Do not work for or invest in companies that profit from destruction or war.
-Support goods made by local and small business. This also enables people to earn a living doing something they enjoy rather than becoming part of the dehumanizing machine of the rat race.
-Support artists and musicians. We can have an art economy as opposed to a war economy.

5. Manifestation Level,-Hopes-Beliefs

-Believe that we can create a beautiful, sustainable world and that thoughts create reality so choose not to believe in an ultimate horrible destruction of humanity.
-Believe that real riches are in the unseen form of experiences and freedom of time and the bliss of doing what you love.
-Believe in networking and spreading the Conscious Revolution by writing about, singing about, talking about, and creating about it.
-If spirit reveals itself to you in the form of a spirit name, Take a spirit name that has a symbolic meaning that represents who you are and what you represent by your existence.
