When you do, you'll likely get a note of welcome from the member who started the Group. (This person—the cultivator—has house-cleaning privileges, though they can select other members as fellow Group moderators.) Chances are, they'll encourage you to introduce yourself, and let you know of any special guidelines their Group might have.
