I have the following ? but am not sure where here to post it :)
Because of my autoimmune diseases, I've gotten the recommendation to eat more Omega3s.

I've seen Omega3 rich eggs at like 4x's the normal egg price. I've gotten Omega3 rich peanut butter coupons in the mail but can't find them in the store.
I've been told certain fish have lots of Omega3s. BUT have been warned and warned to death about eating mercury contaminated fish (which may have been an AD trigger).
Are there natural, organic and safe sources of this?
I don't take anything in pill form except my thyroid hormone so I'm trying to avoid supplements.
