I'm participating in an Artists' Way group on Livejournal at the moment, as both creative and spiritual endeavor.   It has been helping a bit, I think, although the community is often more inspiring than the book.

I find the morning pages and some of her exercises to be very helpful to developing a writing practice, and that is my goal for the whole process.
