Hi all!

I'm Mercale (aka Tanya). I love to write, paint, sketch, photograph, sing and sculpt.

No claims as to my *impressive skill* (grin) but I do enjoy the oppertunity to be creative!

You can check out some photos, a few paintings (simple folk-style with the emphasis more on message) and a little bit of my writing here if you're interested. If not, that's ok too! I look forward to sharing and being inspired.

Thanks for the lovely compliment, SunshineSkye, and to you both for the warm welcome.

Some months ago, I was led by Spirit to perform a certain Native ceremony for myself. The outcome was unexpected and enlightening. I made Spirit a promise, for It had shown me how essential balancing my “nurturing mother” with my “rainbow woman” was. I have tried to make time for creative pursuits since then, but really, it's only been in the last few months that I've really taken a big dive in. Lol, I'm creatively obsessed!

Please feel free to check out the above link again even if you've already visited it, as I add new work frequently. Lately I've really been experimenting with different techniques in photography and digital art (how can you learn if you don't try after all?) and have added some new writing as well..
