In the fully realized soul, emotion emerges only secondarily to reason, as its dynamic support. In souls which are not realized, the emotional centers are conscripted to reactions to sense experience according to private and selfish motive. From this dichotomy a huge gap arises between the realized and non-realized souls, whereby up becomes down, black becomes white, and every priority is reversed and confused.

The experiences Chaparral here relates are interesting, because the two behaviors he lists are not incongruent with a realized or angelic soul. Those are both highly rational actions, which he learned to love later. He tries to apply the world’s standard to his own actions, perhaps even thinking a little similarly to myself, that if only I could think as they think, I’d have a pile of money and no problems. Yet it was reason that compelled me to act rationally although it got me into trouble in the world, and any regrets which I feel are my emotions being used to highlight the differences between my thinking and theirs, as I seem to long for a condition I could not enter, and continue to maintain a higher integrity.

If you are a realized or angelic soul, then you will find yourself always acting as you should according to the higher dharma, but it may cause you anguish as you live among those who are selfishly motivated, which means cold of heart, unfriendly and unkind towards others who share the human frame. The angelic soul, as it is growing up as a youth in a human body, will long to be told what to do for a job, by some older and wiser individuals who have been given experience and opportunity to consider what the society needs most. In other words, he or she will have a living concern for the health of the society, and this concern governs their ideas over how they will spend their working career. They want to help, and they are flexible enough to do well in any needful task.

Then further, they will be able to work without the thought of exchange for their labors, thinking only of contributing in order to grant the other members of the society a secure physical platform from which to experience maximum spiritual joys and ecstatic states. Since this is an inherently rational condition, such a person will find other options are bizarre and unfriendly. Having an internal standard for reason granted from the divine core, this person knows he or she is on firm ground, and if there are others who also experience this firm ground, they will not find one another’s thinking bizarre, but right.

In this way a new type of rule could come, the rule of the individual mind through reason. There is no need for politics or laws among persons who can apply Golden Rule Thinking authentically. The ego ponders the world outside itself, and having no internal standard, concludes it must wend its destiny on the physical plane, grabbing at objects and fame. This motion of grabbing is fundamentally wicked, in that it denies the rights of other souls. Laws have arisen to keep the mutual disruption minimized, and the society as it now exists reflects the exorbitant use of resources to expand the pie into which so many fingers dip. A soul which knows itself in the depths, will know that grabbing is inherently wicked, and never making this awful and ugly mental motion which is the ego’s raison d’être, retreats from objects into living consideration of spiritual states and effects. This is a dream of mine although every evidence of history says it is far outside human potential.

Recently I have begun to recognize that the fundamental egoic self-perception is of the one who experiences the senses and responds to them, motivated by a dualism inherent in one who lacks an internal standard such as may be granted by the divine core. Children are not blank slates, and are not so heavily influenced by their environment, as agreeing by selfish will to join the mutual project of the rest, as they all uphold one another in a false society of shallow tolerance of maximum grabbing for all. With the spiritual aspirants an additional useful element comes in, for they begin attaching value to appearing on the saintly end of the visible human spectrum, where notoriety attaches to a certain distance from the brute accumulation of objects.

These people are building pseudo-personalities from their reactions to the senses, that are not like the divine persona which the Self or Atman upholds. I call them pretend people. They have substantial mental power, but the body’s movements and ordinary speech are easily mastered even from the lower spiritual states such as rajas. It is because the faculties of speech and action are so easily mastered, that human beings appear fairly similar unless you can look close, with the eyes of intense discrimination. If you can do this, vast gulfs begin appearing, the spiritually powerful are more attuned to reality.

Everyone brings a mind capable of assigning some meaning to every word in the English language, but there are huge practical differences in interpretation. It is my submission that the idea of exchange can only arise in a dualistic mind. A unified mind will not be able to think about the exchange of goods, because it can quickly apply the Golden Rule, which reveals that if you withhold something necessary from another unless he brings something in exchange, it is a type of cruelty. The early system of bartering and its modern monetary counterpart, are the result of ego, plain and simple. Further, if there were unified minds in existence on this planet, and they decided to gather to form a society, they would not be able to communicate easily with those who continued to barter or exchange, in the “other society.” They would only look at them baffled, perhaps saying, “You deny them things, so you can get things. That is very unfriendly.”

If humans are pretend people, then it follows that they cannot be approached by actual people, if any such exist. From this it follows that all the religious revelations given heretofore, have been inauthentic, not honest communication from the heavenly realms where unified minds must exist, if nowhere else. No authentic revelation has ever been given to a pretend person, because they are not capable of receiving it. Their personalities are not real, they are only collections of reactions to sense experience with selfish motive.

My point is the unified mind will not even be able to think about giving and receiving. That is dualism. It won’t even be able to think about sharing. Instead from independent power it thinks about contributing to society motivated by the joy this action will allow others to step into and experience, as their fundamental needs are met wisely and well. As I say, such a mind is incapable of thinking of a return for its efforts, but at the same time it would find it to be bizarre, if others do not think similarly and out of this similar thought a wonderful congruence arise. This is living in the spirit and a higher rational truth.

Rich healthy people don't have to share the street with poor infected people, step over dead bodies or explain to their children why that ragged man is coughing up blood. Germs don't have to be selectively mutated to avoid the "nice" parts of town, and we can all squeeze more working hours out of badly educated and fed poor folk who live in substandard accommodation and might otherwise be too poorly to turn up for work.

Even though we have a healthcare state in Britain nothing is ever perfect. I couldn't source a National Health dentist for two years, and had no money. When I finally found a free (and excellent) dentist I required quite a lot of work and lost a tooth.

Surely the trick is to provide all the care free, and as many cheap drugs as possible. These systems fall down when they try to provide drugs that cost many thousands of pounds to prolong life for a few months. Obviously, since we live in a world where MONEY is the standard measure (worst luck!) at some point you have to put a price on treatments, and thereby on the value of a life. I would suggest that we let rich people road test new and expensive drugs, and give the rest away free.

Fact remains that I will however demand a civilized manor of expression.
It is important to see that you do not discuss in this forum any more.
Your only questions are the same as the title of the forum discussion.

Furthermore there is no use of the pictures you use.
I do not mind you making a discussion, but like this, you are not inviting others to discuss with you.

You are like a preacher, just preaching, and not discussing.
You are therefore limiting other people's freedom of speech. And are not using it in a civilized manor.

I do not mind you making a discussion, but I would rather see you doing it with question asking provocative questions directed outwards to the groups members. Instead of this daily update of your preaches.

You have a blog for preaches, and you always had. besides your blog is viewable for everyone, and not just the group members. By redirecting you back to your blog, I redirect you to a greater audience.

You either change you posts into a discussion again, and find people to discuss it with. (this might require patience, as some people might not be interested in discussing such thing with you here, this means going to a different group)
Or your updates of your posts are coherent and interacting with one-another, instead of being stand alone preaches.

Either way, this discussion is becomming too big, and I would like to request you to continue it elsewhere.

...after 9/11, we as a nation, United States of America, have put more walls up around us as never before, and in the process, have disconnected ourselves EMOTIONALLY, if not physically, from many of our natural allies, (nature, ANIMALS, plants, and our natural instincts (a.k.a. ANIMAL instincts) to embrace the world.

Don't lose hope...

...our country is still exploding with innovators and idealists like me! :)

Everyday, I hear from people with new ideas to clean-up the earth, or with new thoughts about how to repair something, in our beloved USA, that desperately needs repairing.

And even if some of these ideas are WACKY, something tells me that this country is still bursting with vitality FROM BELOW!!!

ANIMALS don't necessarily have the best information or the most perfect judgement, but they ALWAYS have a compelling reason for standing still.

The same is true for us.
