What the land needs ...

The way I see it, the property needs …

• Housing (there are existing stuctures that will need to be torn down)
  
• Outbuildings (artist studios, garden sheds, etc)
  
• Composting piles
  
• Recycling area
• Organic garden
• Sunken hot “tub”
  
• Patience
• More to come …
  

• Vehicles to haul away the trash and human debris that has accumulated on the land
• Gentle hands to develop the structures and environment to support the kind of living I envision
• Using natural/indigenous materials, build structures to house residents and guests
  
• Partners/collaborators who are self-supporting and can contribute time and energy  (and rent)
