Detroit Metro residents come together to get fit, chat and support eachother! It's a volunteer/free program. We will do anything from walking at local parks, malls, volunteer our homes for yoga, aerobics, pilates etc… We will also be developing a nutition/weightloss aspect so that we may all share healthy recipes as well as possibly cook and eat healthy together...(more)
