Vegans Are Everywhere Now!

It’s great to realize that more and more vegans are everywhere now!
It’s getting easier to get meals adapted to us in restaurants, and everyone now knows what a vegan is!
This is wonderful!
In cities, of course - and all the college students are hip to veganism - and so many of them are vegan now!
Even in small, rural places, everyone knows what a vegan eats - they might still watch us with curiosity and wonder how we manage - but their questions are always polite and they show genuine interest.
Quite often, a chef will come out and talk about how he’s adapted dishes for me - delighted with a chance to veganize his menu. They’re creative beings, and I’ve been thrilled with their new dishes!
Vive les Vegans!
