Well I guess I should introduce myself ., please to meet you , doesn’t that line always start the song “Sympathy for the Devil” Rolling Stones, in your mind …it does me hmmm

My name given to me is Alissa Marie ,
Lover of love.
Earth, mind, explorer,
forever curious of all the unknown.

I am enraptured by music and nature.

I ve been blessed to have two, little (not so little anymore) girls, be my full time teachers on this planet here…
My children are for always changing and making my mind grow with love and wonder.
Im married to my high school sweetheart… Its insane how long we have been together ..Nearly 24 years, wow 24 years ~ TWENTY FOUR ! We’ve laughed, cried, wanted to kill each other, and probably felt every emotion there is to feel with another person …
We’ve both grown up since we met ..amazing how everything changes .. If I had one wish for him, it would be that he lived more passionately, like he used to…

You have to be careful for what you wish ~l~ or better yet how you wish that wish … you never know how it will materialize now do you?

I am an artist, and inventor (mostly of toys) … Im on the verge of a breakthrough as soon as I figure out how to ethically and fairly share my gifts with this world I will….

(I have a problem about adding to consumerism …well that is until I found Zaadz.. now I am connecting with people, and ways that will instead of hurting our planet ..will actually help it! YEA!)

Im not terribly well read , I think in part because Im more of a physical being …NOT that I don’t LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, to read… I just choose to connect in this medium, rather then the hard copy kind.

A curious thing , each time a book does happen to find its way between my hands, I gobble it up, and scream with glee every-time I hit on thoughts Ive already thought for myself! I love that!!!!

Im reading the “The Celestine Prophecy” well starting to as of tomorrow

when I have the time ~ ~laughs~

My favorite book of all time, is “A Brief History of Everything” by Ken Wilber.
Thats one where I was connecting left and RIGHT!!! Screaming out loud, at some point in each chapter,”I LOVE THIS BOOK!!! I F*CKING LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!
I honestly dont know why Ive denied myself further reading from him…Hmmm
I do that though ….

I want MORE and need connection to other open minds.

It is my hope that through this wonderful place I will plug in to that dream
