I have a place in my house where I pray, A kind of Altar. I pray to the Universe and the holy masters lived on this Earth and beyond. I ask strength to Illuminate all I can see.
I ask specific instructions how I can help sick people and I received a vision of a technique. The told me to do this 5 time a day breathing in sickness, breathing out healthy air. It might sound scary to you, breathing in sickness, but it works very well for me, as long as I do it 5 times a day. Besides other breathing exercises I do.

This is how I try to help and I will be committed to read all the entries over here.
I hope on this board the many professionals over here @ zaadz will help this board to build up strongly.

Like we are the liver of the Collective, breathing in the toxins and putting out clean air?

I practice this same technique to remove negativity near me in a public space, like a restaurant, party, meeting or work area. I have had great luck with this technique, thanks for giving me a new focus for this excercise. I am very glad to see this pod evolve as well, thanks for its creation.

you are welcome, thanks for replying. I used to do it the other way around, breathing in positive and breathing out negative…..but I started thinking about it and felt it was kind of selfish…..I like your comparison with the bodies organs dealing with toxic negativity.

I just realize that just reading alone can be qualified as helping the ones in need in these real stories about the ones who are sick and suffer, we don't need to be a healer or expert in some area to help, the energy of just thinking about these people and wishing them some relief can help extremely when the critical mass is big enough. This can be further accelerated when experts on the matters of healing blend in the critical mass and start working from there, I am already too excited to see this Pod grow and raise effectiveness.

I have trained in two phases of Healing Pathways, which is a Christian-based healing program…kind of like Reiki, but we are an instrument of God's healing….I like to envision myself as a vessel….kind of wine goblet shaped…healing energy from the Divine enters at the top of my head(Spirit connection) and is released through all parts of my body, depending on my intention(usually the centre of my palms).  This does not require touch and healing Energy can be sent around the globe(think of spiderman if you like)…..connect to the worldwideweb of energy.  If I am in a room and feel some negative energy….I think I tend more to send out healing energy that kind of envelopes the negative and moves it along or at least diminishes it's power….kind of like our bloodstream does to toxins or our bodies do with foreign objects like a sliver. Thanks for allowing me to reflect on this as I have never really reflected on this last part……in the end, I offer all that's been collected to the One Great Healer. Amen.

My prayers before the Supreme, the Divine, before the Divine Mother, at Your altar, and at mine, too, for healing of all the sick and all the suffering people that come to your Pod, and of all who may not be able to come, but who pray befor ethe Divine.
