Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a moving meditation that Tai Chi originated out of.  It is composed of various movements or poses that are done separately from each other (unlike Tai Chi).  I have been practicing it for almost 4 years and have seen an enormous change not only in myself but also in others.

When I first started I was on medication for anxiety and depression.  I had been taking my meds for over 8 years.   After practicing Qi Gong for 4 months, I went off my medication and have been doing amazingly.  Before, when I took myself off I would crash in a matter of days.  But I haven't had one crash since practicing Qi Gong.

There was a student who took Qi Gong classes with me.  During his first lesson he sweated profusely.  (Qi Gong is not strenus at all)  My teacher had to take a roll of paper towels and place they all around him, to soak up the dripping sweat.  Just a couple weeks later, the student stopped sweating during the class.  It was amazing.

I have seen Qi Gong help heal chronic deseases,  IBS, digestive problems, hypothyroidism and assist with treating cancer.

Please, try this wonderful form of alternative healing.  If you are in the DC or LA area, please contact me and I will send you the names of some amazing Qi Gong masters.

Thank you!!!!!!!!! For this wonderful suggestion.

I fully acknowledge the power of this, I have been practicing Martial Arts since I was 6 years old. Now I am retired doing that, but I still do my Tai Chi meditations and exercises. I didn't hear from Qi Gong before but you have started a research process in myself. Hope this can contribute to our common GOAL. Thanks for posting!
