The fact that you want to get out of your depression state and want help is a big step, I too fight with depression sometimes and it is a battle I totally understand. what works for me is thinking positive. Write a journal of Affirmations for example,I know I can get through anything unpleasant that comes my way I'm strong and worthy of happiness. you can even buy a book at the book store of Affirmations that can help guide you. What you want to stay away from is negative thinking and people it will deplete your energy and send you deeper into depression.
I wish you well on your journey in life and I know that you are going to come out of it because you want to. Keep positive and love yourself now is the time to treat your self live a Queen you deserve it : )
