Comforting, soothing, relaxing, and beneficial for reducing stress during pregnancy.  It helps reduce stretch marks and scar tissue and rejuvenates the skin, improving elasticity and reducing wrinkles.  It is particularly soothing to dry, chapped skin and diaper rash.

Ingredients:

     Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii) combats candida, rashes, and scaly and flaky skin.  It stimulates new cell growth, as it moisturizes and promotes healing.  It is antimicrobial.

     Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) has been used for centuries for skin care.  It revitalizes tissue and nerves and has relaxant, anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious effects.

       Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) combats restlessness, insomnia, muscle tension, and inflamation.

    Rose (Rosa Damascena) promotes healthy skin, reduces scarring, and promotes elasticity.

     Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) is known as the universal oil.  It is beneficial for skin conditions, such as burns, rashes, and psoriasis and prevents scarring and stretch marks.

      Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora) is soothing and nourishing to the skin, enhancing skin elasticity, andis antibacterial and antifungal.

   Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata) increases relaxation; balances male and female energies.  It also restores confidence and equilibrium.

     Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is simultaneously uplifting and calming, with a unique ability to relieve anxiety, stress, and tension.

       Jasmine (Jasminum officinale) is beneficial for dry, greasy, irritated, or sensitive skin.

      Lemon (Citrus limon) increases microcirculation and lymphatic function.  It's fragrance is stimulating, invigorating and antidepressant (Komori, et al., 1995).

Application:

Dilute 1 part EO to 1 part vegetable oil.
Possible sun sensitivity.

Diffuse or apply on location for dry skin, chapped skin or diaper rash.  Apply over mother's abdomen, on feet, lower back, face, and neck areas.  Dilute with vegetable oil for body massage and for applying on baby's skin.

For Pregnancy and Delivery:  Use for massage throughout entire pregnancy for relieving stress and anxiety, and to prevent scarring and creating serentiy.  Massage on the perineum to help it stretch for easier birthing.
