My favorite breakfast these days is my Lemon Soaked Oats recipe.
In the evening before bed, in a small bowl mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, about 1/4 cup pure water, 2-3 tablespoons organic raisins and 2 drops YL lemon essential oil. Mix well, cover bowl and leave on counter overnight. In the morning you will have a tasty breakfast of lemon soaked oats, no cooking required. The sweetness of the raisins transfers to the oats as they rehydrate, so I've never needed to add sweetner.
Additional variations include adding some chopped almonds (I like unsalted best), or using golden raisins. Freshly ground flaxseeds are good when added right before eating also, as are walnuts. YL orange oil would probably be good as well, but I haven't tried that yet.
