Hi Everyone! Let's rev this pod back up now that it's the holiday season...

Here are 2 great resources for sellers (and buyers) I just found this week:

1.) I've just discovered a fabulous little site called We Love Etsy and I have to share. It's like Tribe for crafters and Etsy addicts. It's also a great way to promo, network, and blog. (There are cool html banners ready for the picking, too.)
You can see my page here!

2.) And did you know that Littleput has created a clever Blogger blog for the sole purpose of showing off Etsy shops?! It's a fabulous idea and I'm all kinds of excited.

Sellers, you can follow the easy directions to have your EtsyMini added under your category. Buyers, just start browsing. Easy as pie!

http://etsymini.blogspot.com/

Add your shop and start advertising and showing off this blog everywhere you can!

What are some other resources people have been using?

      That is so great!

In my opinion, it's all about doing what you love, what you are passionate about. That in itself can turn your whole world around. :)

Please keep us updated!

Amity has come up with a great idea and this has inspired me to start making tassels again. I periodically put it down, then pick it up, then put it down again. I get frustrated that I don't think I'll be able to make money doing it and that it can't fully express my impulse to make this world a better place. But I'm thinking more about it now and one of the things I think I'll change in the future is purchasing as many of my materials as possible from sellers that are conscious of the size of their carbon footprint and fair trade.

I would love to see some good exchange and support for people who struggle to keep this creative impulse in their lives. It's easy for the struggle to survive to just crush it out of existence.

Blessings to all!

~Ww

I stand corrected, Richard has informed me:

"do a blog post and upload a photo, then copy the photo before is is saved and it can be pasted elsewhare , no need to publish the blog post or save it , though you can and make it private for later use if you so choose …"

Super useful, that. Thanks mate!

There's only one way to do it, folks. It's a literal copy & Paste.

In order to get a pic to show up consistantly on Zaadz, you'll have to upload it into your photos section first.

Then, highlight it using your mouse (just like you would highlight text). Press Ctrl and C together (this copies your pic). Next click into where you want your photo to shop up and press Ctrl and V together (this pastes your pic).

I hope that's clear.

You may have to resize some of your pics, as very large ones will mess with your zaadz page, or your post, and make it look super ugly.
