kia ora - a little bit about 'me'

bodhiimages said Apr 4, 2:57 PM:

Kia Ora (Maori : Greetings)

Well after a couple of weeks here , I decided it was time to introduce my ‘self’.

I’m an Australian born, resident of New Zealand, based in Northern India in the foothills of the Himalayas.

Basically
a nomadic temporary resident of the planet, since meeting with Chinese
and Tibetan meditation masters, some 15 years ago, but also a nomadic
tendency prior to that, too, just that I have a little more awareness now
about humanity and how things really are.

My life in
India, and elsewhere, sees me using my love of photography and imagery to collaborate
with the Tibetan refugee community, to present to the world a visual
human rights placard about the evolving destruction of their culture,
from within and without. The best, and only thing I can do.
I am slowly putting up my creme de la creme of moments over the past 12 years of my life into cyberspace,
as I see fit, and have the time and inclination. I'm still a little shy to
put myself ‘out there’ as a photographer | artist, with so many amazing
professional, and amateur, image creators now showing their work.

here is a link to a recent featured interview on a photography website, if you want to know anymore about 'me', just scroll down the page.

for those on Facebook, I have manifested a presence there, mainly for my photography,

http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1386393825
but also as a tool for networking in the face of the current human dilemma of non-communication (ie cell phones, sms, emails) in lieu of looking into another person eyes and acknowledging their grace, beauty and integrity.
thank you for taking the time to read this blurb

warmest
wishes to everyone
