: 9:09 : The Gaia Minute ____ Each day at 9:09 in the morning or evening, let's take a minute or more to contribute to the peace and harmony of Gaia, our Mother Earth. We can do so by becoming conscious of our profound interconnection with the planet, awakening to our role in the co-creative process of life, and holding in our hearts all sentient and insentient beings. We can pray, meditate, hold intention or simply visualize all Gaia, and ourselves, as healed, healing, whole, radiant. When thousands of people join together in an endeavor such as this, the awareness and energies so generated can bring miraculous changes. And when each of us does it in our own time zone, our Mother Earth and all of benefit from a round-the-clock and round the world healing. - Meenakshi - ________________ For those who are interested, I'd love to invite you as well to a virtual weekly gathering.
