and this book provides a fantastic amount of stories and examples which outline this. Don't be tricked by its small size- it is absolutely packed full with information. The author provides anecdotes from his own experience and that of many others, while quoting from a lot sources. Although the title was published in 1948, it is still very relevant today.
I've carried this book along with me for inspiration ahead of important appointments, and it certainly appears to have worked!
