This book is exceptionally well-written, and provides a masterly and compelling exposition of the case for a vegan diet. The comprehensive sweep of its perspective is impressively handled. What it does is give us a book that we can put into the hands of the unconvinced and say 'Look, read this'. However one chose to act upon it, it would be impossible to read it and forget it.
