This is a Ferrari cookbook. The recipes are a bit more complex and take some prep work, but they are well worth it. I love the gravies in here!

I have seriously considered getting myself on a plane and flying the 5 hours to LA just to eat at Real Food Daily.  Thank God, I do not have to torment myself any longer!  I came make my favorite Real Food Daily dishes in my kitchen in DC.  Life is good.  (now, if only they would open up a restaurant down the block. <sigh>)
