Based on the work of Weston Price, this book discusses the ins and outs of ancient food traditions and how their bodies were affected. Offers recipes mixed with scientists quotes. Great section on lactic acid fermentation. Uses Whole Grains. Not a vegetarian cookbook, but a lot of good vegetarian recipes. The view of the book itself are pro-meat definitely though, so if you are afraid of that, probably not the book for you unless you are interested in reading the science as to why meat is recommended from the author's and different scientists' views..
