I am really enjoying reading this book.  I have always be interested in energy work, spiritual wellbeing and their relationship with one's health.  This book does a wonderful job in explaing the aspects of a person's illness due to their spirt.  I'm loving the read.

A guide through the Chakras

This book gives one of the best examples that I've read of real life people, conditions, and illness that can occur from work needing to be done on our different chakras. It gave me some new understanding about the chakras and their effects in practical terms and stories that I found easy to understand.
