7H was one of the first books (in the 90s) that started “the big” positive mind shift for me before I found the true path. Its all about win-win attitude/solutions and discipline… definitely more geared towards the business world (but not at all exclusively). It was a door-opener.. but I do think there are better “red pill” books out there for the newcomer these days :)

A paradigm shift in the world of success and leadership when it was released, and remains so nearly 2 decades later in a world so full of the quick fix, get rich quick world.  Come to think of it… Covey introduced me to the term, paradigm shift, and it was the largest paradigm shift in my world at the time.
