This is a very good book , but a lot heavier than other writings of Pema Chodron… Not that it's difficult to understand, but you can't (or shouldn't) just zip right thru it.
I can usually read her books in a matter of hours, but this one makes me stop, think, understand & absorb the material – I'm working thru it slowly & picking it up here & there as I read other books by other authors right now.
